Absolutely terrible experience at BP Sunbury. This is hands down the worst auto car wash I’ve ever used. I paid for a wash and my car came out looking almost the same—still dirty, still streaky. When I went inside to ask for a re-wash or even a basic refund, the staff couldn’t care less. No help, no apology, nothing. It’s shocking how a business can take money and provide zero service or accountability. Total waste of money and time. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid this car wash completely.

Went to the car wash and didn’t even wash the car and just put soap all over it and dried it up. went into Bp and the guy told me he won’t do anything after I told him soap was left all over the car just gave me a number which was closed. Had to use another car wash and cost me $40. It’s not about the money but the principle of not even offering a credit to use it again. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and will never return.

Filthy, Faulty and Expensive! Don't come here. I felt the need to warn people. Every time I attend this car wash, and use the vaccuming station, the area is always covered with overflowing trash, as though it never gets emptied or sanitised. It is revolting and feels extremely dirty and grotty. I wanted to shower after using it. Whenever I use the car wash facilities, it takes over 30 seconds for the machine to actually pump out any soap or change settings (like from rinse to soap, or from soap to wax ect), and by that time, my money is all gone. Very expensive, very filthy, terrible conditions and faulty. Very appauled and revolted by this car wash, and wasted alot of money for a very poor outcome. Ew.

The Group that owns this place should not be able to operate in Sunbury. They have no regards to safety for our community and are clearly profit only profit concerned. I was travelling down Horne St towards the Calder Fwy and enter via the entrance before Gap Road. There was a LinFox fuel tanker filling up the tanks, leaving barely enough room to pass. I tried to avoid my car getting scratched only the massive bar at the back of the tanker and instead scratched my rim on the gutter. I spoke with the BP Attendant and asked why the fuel tanker was allowed to park like that and was told the entrance should have been blocked. I was told to come back the following day and speak to the Manager. I called in the morning and left a message, was told the Manager would call me back. He never did. I rang again a couple days later and the Manager answered, politely advising I was expecting a call back, got barked at by the Manager saying ‘it’s above him and refer to the Head Office’ and that he has nothing to say to me. I asked who he was referring to, if he meant BP Head office, and he aggressively said ‘Head Office’ then proceeding to berate me about trying to fit through a spot that I couldn’t fit, suggesting it was my fault. I tried to ask why the entrance was open and the difficulty in turning around in the spot, and he kept cutting me off telling me it’s above him. I had to contact BP Head Office myself to find out that the Sunbury BP was independently owned by a company called AA Holdings Groups and that they would refer my complaint to them. I got a rude email from them saying it had already been referred to them and don’t need to raise with BP again. I wrote back advising of my interactions with their Manager; they advised they would review that issue separately but then went to defend the Manager that he was right referring it to them and not address it himself. About a week later, I got an email from BP Head Office advising that they have reviewed my complaint and said that, based on CCTV, because it was my decision to turn left slightly (did not mention the tanker truck or my request for a safety review as to why the entrance remained open) this was the cause of the damage to my rim and BP won’t accept liability. I responded asking why they hadn’t addressed my safety concern and indicated I would raise with WorkSafe, I got a notification that they tried to retract the email but the it was already saved in my sent items as I had replied. Have since spoken to WorkSafe and they have advised they will investigate. Have also raised with local council. For the sake of fixing $200 worth of damage from a company that makes millions, what a joke of an establishment and a shame on a company like BP. I have used BP for decades and will not step foot in another after this. For Sunbury residents, take care if using this fuel station. Not only do they have no regard for safety concerns when raised, they have appalling customer service. 17/10 - UPDATE: So the company replies to a Google Review asking me to send them the detail. Did that. No response. Silence. My complaint to BP hasn't been responded to, nor has the customer care section. So waste of time.

Washed my car in the auto car wash and you would think a new car wash would actually wash a car but apparently not. All the LEDs to make it look flashy but yet can't wash a car properly. Thought I would see if anything is changed, went in the on the 23rd December 2023 and it is no better, do no waste you time or money going to this car wash, It does not wash your car properly and just uses all the lights to make it look like it's a good car wash. There is a better one in Gisborne that actually does wash th car. This one does not do that. Do not waste your time and money
