Purchased a strawberry sundae supposed to be large. Lucky to be 3/4 full. The chips were soggy and cold and the burger was half hanging out when I opened the box. I don't know what these people are doing if they s care about customer service or not. Definitely gone downhill in a bad way

My partner and I went to get some dinner tonight after date night. When we got to the drive through I ordered two meals one being a double cheeseburger with EXTRA onions.
To our surprise when we arrived home although the grill slip said extra onions my partner opened up her burger to find no onions at all.
This is just poor on behalf of the staff as the drive through was not busy and we were also parked in the waiting bay. This is also not the first time this has happened to us at the same store. Poor, very poor 😕

Waited 20-40 minutes just to get cold food with a half filled shake and a almost non-existent beef patty! The only good part was I got a bonus cheeseburger

Let’s be honest it doesn’t really matter when people leave reviews for such fast food places. They are always going to get their business so I do wonder if they even take this into consideration. However no one answered the phone on multiple occasions so I’m leaving a review.
I have given two stars because this could just be my opinion as i probably care more for hygiene than others however I’m pretty big on food safety so I hope the owner considers my view.
On a few occasions now-Probably more than a fair few I have noticed the mop laying against where the barista is making coffees.. Maybe on hand to mop any spills and that is understandable however I’m sure there could be a more hygienic place to pop your dirty mop as I’ve watched the waitress trample across the mop, bump into the mop etc before bringing me my coffee which I won’t touch after paying.
The same thing happened again today,
I was past my coffee and the waitress stood directly on top of the mop with her feet moving around the bench . it put me off completely , I’m not interested in a coffee that has been walked on top of a dirty mop.
I also ordered a ham and cheese pocket, no ham for my young son.
The staff member passed it to me after I waited round the corner in the bay saying it was a ham and cheese pocket, no cheese.
I corrected her and said it was meant to be a ham and cheese pocket no ham. For which she replied, sorry it’s is correct. I just said it wrong.
I got home and sure enough my son just has a ham pocket.. I would’ve understood the easy mistake if the waitress hadn’t of told me that it was absolutely correct.
I know this is just a fast food restaurant, however the same hygiene and customer care should be taken in by restaurant.

Ordered through drive thru & asked to steam the buns . The service was great but when I came home & opened , this is what the burger looked like . Very unprofessional & first time seeing how sloppy employees at Rosenthal could be . We pay money & employees at Rosenthal don’t deliver at least a well put burger!!
