Disgraceful customer service at this BP. After filling up my tank, I had to use the bathroom immediately, but the Australian employee named Jo was extremely rude and disrespectful. There is absolutely no excuse for such behavior toward a paying customer. Jo’s attitude was insulting and unacceptable. I will never return to this station, and I strongly urge BP management to take immediate action against this employee. If this kind of mistreatment continues or is ignored, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Customers deserve respect, not abuse.👎

Clean outside and still clean going into the store. There were 4 register with 1 team member serving and 4 people on the line, then a supervisor called for some team members to assist. I only waited 5 minutes, great reactive insight by the supervisor

A Disappointing and Unethical Experience at 94 Princess Hwy Gas Station. Yesterday around 9:30 AM, I stopped at a gas station at 94 Princess Hwy to refuel. When I went inside to pay, the cashier informed me that a woman had already covered both her own fuel and mine. She had confirmed this twice, and another staff member also verified the same. They assured me there was nothing left to pay.Just as I was about to leave, a manager (or senior staff member) intervened. He was extremely rude to the staff, despite them showing him in the system that the payment had been made. However, he insisted that I pay again. Since I was in a hurry and unsure of the situation, I went ahead and paid. Later, I realized that the station had received double payment—once from the kind woman who wanted to help me, and once from me. Unfortunately, her generosity never reached me because of that greedy manager. The cashiers were honest and tried to do the right thing, but he overruled them. Instead of respecting their integrity and the goodwill of a customer, he chose to take advantage of the situation for personal or business gain. This was not just disappointing but also a truly terrible experience. It’s frustrating to see kindness being taken advantage of like this. I feel bad for the woman who tried to help, as her good deed was wasted on someone undeserving. If she reads this, I want her to know that her kindness was misused. Next time, if you wish to help someone, please make sure your generosity reaches them directly—otherwise, it might just end up in the wrong hands. The manager’s behavior was not only rude but also disgracefully greedy. Instead of acting ethically, he chose to pocket extra money by forcing an unnecessary payment. It’s shameful to see someone in a position of authority exploit both employees and customers for personal gain. This kind of unethical behavior should not be tolerated.

Very expensive petrol, and a very rude staff member. My advice is wait till the next town unless your fuel situation is absolutely dire. Just a heads up too, but at the time of writing this review (March 2019), most BP stores in New South Wales and Victoria are notably more expensive than their local competitors. In conclusion awful staff and terrible pricing!
