Popped in late to claim a free small sundae with my bonus points. I ordered chocolate ice cream but the machine wasn't working. The front of counter staff member was absolutely lovely and apologetic and asked if I was happy to have vanilla ice cream instead. With a cheeky smile I answered yes but can I please have chocolate syrup on top and bottom. Served with a smile and no hesitation to my request it was one of the best Macca's sundaes I've had in years 🥳
I love the new serving cups. Heaps better than the old plastic ones 👍👍

We always stop by McDonald’s Lilydale when we are in the area. The store looks great now that they’ve completed the reno/upgrade. There is more seating inside for the customers which is an improvement as it’s such a popular store. Exceptional customer service - friendly, efficient crew. Here, they offer great tasting hot food and coffee that is smooth, creamy and aromatic. And really clean amenities. But then again McDonald’s Lilydale has always been a fantastic store to visit - thanks guys.

The McDonald’s at the Yass service centre handles at least 20 times the traffic, yet the wait is never more than 5 minutes. Meanwhile, this place has about as many customers as someone wearing a Melbourne Phoenix jersey at an NBA game, but the waiting time is long enough for me to drive to Yass, order McDonald’s there, and come back.
Honestly, you might as well shut down in-store ordering and focus entirely on drive-thru. At this rate, I’m considering bringing a shopping trolley, putting myself inside it, and lining up — it might be the most efficient option.

i ordered a medium quarter pounder meal, the bread is rock hard i don’t know how anyone could eat this, and whoever thinks it’s alright to pretty much leave a brick for a piece of bread needs to get the sack, that is completely unacceptable to be wasting peoples money like this, and cold chips no sauce, could ramble on all day about you guys stuffed up the whole order. to add it can hold a whole cabinet(refer to photo)

Partner and I were coming to get a drink but we saw a digital billboard out the front advertising 6 piece McNuggets for $3.
We thought what a steal, so we added that to our order. At payment they were trying to charge us the normal $8 for nuggets, we inquired about the deal and she said it was likely app exclusive. We just didn’t get the nuggets.
When we left the drive through I parked my car to get a photo of the billboard, and there’s nothing on there about it being app only.
So I went back inside, asked to speak to a manager just to let them know that they’re advertising $3 nuggets but charging $8.
I showed her the photo I took of the billboard and her response was “I don’t control the prices.”
Now, I’m aware she doesn’t. But she then asked if I still wanted them, to which I said no I was just letting you know that the sign out front is advertising a deal that doesn’t exist. Again, she just tells me “well I don’t control the price.”
Absolutely awful communication from management after I was trying to inform them they were incorrectly advertising their prices. I don’t even want to know how many people don’t realise they’re paying full price when ordering food that they think is being discounted.
EDIT: checked the app, also $8.20 on there. Billboard needs to be addressed.
