I ordered a vegetarian Smokey Salsa Burrito meal on 12 July 2025, and once again, I was served a chicken burrito despite clearly requesting vegetarian. This is the second time this has happened, and as a lifelong vegetarian, eating meat by mistake is extremely upsetting.
I had already raised this issue before, but nothing seems to have improved. This kind of carelessness with dietary preferences is unacceptable. Please take this seriously and ensure proper checks are done before handing out orders.
Customers please check your food before leaving the store that whether it is the right one or not!

I placed the uber eats order wrong and my brave sister called and talked to the most helpful person who fixed my multiple errors. they even labeled the tacos with the specifics 10/10 service thank you queen

When I first saw that taco bell was located in Australia I was shocked, I tried it straight away. And let's just say.... What's all the hype about it?
I had 2 crunchy tacos, nacho cheese fries, nachos and a drink refill cup. The nachos were fine, not anything special. The tacos just tasted chemically.. I don't know another way to describe it. The nacho fries were decent but the nacho dip that came with it just tasted like nothing, just yellow chemically nothing.
The atmosphere was great in fact! When I came it was pretty much bran new. After I'd had finished my meal there was a special bell π, and I rang it.
Overall it wasn't worth the hype but I'm glad I could say that Ive tried taco bell now.

I recently ordered a pickup from Taco Bell on 6/11 to treat my family, and I was unfortunately very disappointed with the experience. First, I ordered a beef Crunchwrap without tomatoes, but when I opened it, I was shocked to find there was barely any beef in it at all. It was more like a small wrap with a tiny amount of filling. For the price I paid, I expect a reasonable portion, especially for a beef item. Itβs frustrating to feel like youβre not getting what you paid for.
Additionally, I specifically requested condiments to be added to my order, yet when I received it, there were no sauces included. Isnβt it standard for the crew to automatically include condiments, napkins, and utensils? It seems like such basic details were overlooked.
While I understand that fast food is meant to be quick, thereβs no excuse for rushing through orders and neglecting customer satisfaction. The lack of attention to these small but important details really detracted from my experience. I hope in the future the staff takes more care in fulfilling orders to ensure customers leave
