I used my fuel card, which I have been using for several years without any issues. On this occasion, I filled fuel and also purchased a coffee and a banana bread. I was then told that there was a discount applied and that the transaction could not be processed with my card. This has never happened before, and the staff were unable to cancel or remove the discount for me.
What made the situation worse was the behaviour of one of your staff members. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of trying to assist or explain the situation properly, he simply told me that I โcannot cancelโ and โcannot pay,โ with no intention to help.
I have always paid for my items, and even this time, I paid for the coffee despite the inconvenience.
I am disappointed that staff members who are inexperienced and unable to handle simple issues are allowed to represent your business, especially when they speak to customers disrespectfully.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate training or action is taken to ensure this kind of behaviour does not happen again.

Worst petrol station Iโve ever visited. The Indian lady inside was unbelievably rude and arrogant. I asked politely to use the toilet, but she refused and said I had to buy something first. What kind of pathetic policy is that? This place is a disgrace to the Ampol name. No sense of decency or customer service. Filthy attitude, zero respect for people. Avoid this place completely, it doesnโt even deserve one star.

Terrible experience at this Ampol. I just stopped to use the toilet, but it was locked. The Indian lady inside was rude and arrogant. She told me to buy something first if I wanted to use the toilet. Thatโs ridiculous and disgraceful for a petrol station. No basic manners, no customer service, no respect. Absolute shame for a place that calls itself a service station. Iโll never stop here again.

Went to fuel up today at early morning. The woman serving at the counter was very rude. Treated us very badly when we asked about rewards card. We were talking to her very politely but she was very very rude. When we asked her why is she rude towards us, she replied to mind our own business. Seriously!?! Should we start our day like this? Seriously disappointing!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the guy behind the counter and his customer service.
Listened to what I had to say, and as a result, didn't ask me if I had any fuel.
Maybe it was the absence of a language barrier?
Brilliant. The more, the better.
