Terrible service. I had a swap & go bottle that was faulty but was told I had to come back another day when the manager was back. It was only exchanged after I complained to the head office and then subsequently told by the manager that if I had ‘let’ the team member call her yesterday it could have been resolved. I had asked the ream member to call someone to gain authority for the swap (understandably not her ill manager) and she told me she didn’t have anyone to call. I have basically been told I am a liar and will never shop at BP again.

BP Eltham has just been through a serious upgrade (2020). Now its a BP with David Jones Food. Still has friendly staff and the same range of servo products including the bakery/coffee shop. Jury is out over the David Jones Food range though. Biggest change is that all the bowsers now offer Diesel and the three versions of petrol (92, 95 & 98 RON). The bowsers are all linked to the BPme mobile app too, so you do not need to go inside to pay if you’re just getting fuel. Be good if BP could get the carwash working though. Thats the reason for the four stars.

Watering cans alway empty & never any clean, soapy water in the window wash buckets. I’ve asked a few times. All other BPs in Melb I’ve been to have them fresh & topped up. Squeegees old & broken. I’ll remove this review if/when fixed.
