Massive wait on food too much chatting among the staff and a friend on the other staff! Whilst customers and delivery drivers are watching and waiting. Only one guy was actually working hard and making the burgers well. The one girl working at the front walked out of her shift, leaving outstanding orders and sticking the remaining guys with all the work. The service from was extremely slow they looked completely checked out.

Came here before the drive thru was renovated on an incredibly busy night, the service from Kiara was incredible and she made the whole experience worth it.
For fast food, never had service like this and it shows how some people actually care about their work and put in effort.

3 times I have dined in at the Eltham Hungry Jacks store in the past 6 months.
Each time I have used the toilets and found they are absolutely disgusting. The floors and tiled walls are filthy. On each occasion I have mentioned this to the staff who said they will let the manager know. Each time I go back the walls and floors are the same. Tissue on floor and has never been mopped. My concern is that if the staff are using these amenities and then preparing the food i am eating, that is a huge HYGIENE issue. Let alone having to use these facilities myself. I will NEVER return to this Hungry Jacks at Eltham ever again, and I have told everyone I know my experience. I have taken photos of the toilets on each occasion and will forward to the proper Health Authorities .

Quality, Hygiene, and False Advertising
Dear Hungry Jack’s Customer Service,
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hungry Jack’s. The Angus burgers we received were so dry they were inedible, and to make matters worse, the packaging was a complete mess. Items were thrown into the bag with no care, and we couldn’t even tell which burger was which — an absolute joke for a national food chain.
The standard of food and service is well below what should be acceptable in Australia. In fact, it is worse than what one might expect in a third-world country. The hygiene practices I observed also raise serious concerns and, in my view, require urgent investigation by the Health Department.
On top of this, the food provided did not match what is advertised. The promotional images and product descriptions are completely misleading, as customers are not receiving what is being marketed. This borders on false and deceptive advertising.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Customers deserve safe, hygienic, and correctly advertised food — not the substandard experience I was subjected to.

Most useless hungry jacks ive ever been too. waited almost 15 minutes for my food at 1pm on a Wednesday. store was not even busy. nobody was working behind the counter but instead only considering drive thru orders. anything to get those times down 😩. once i received my food the burger was cold.
