I regularly get my hot chocolate from Eltham. I'm about to stop this after repeated under sized servings. Today i got a large and the cup was just short of being half foam. This is a repeated issue. I know it sounds petty but when you're paying for a large you expect it to be a large. C'mon baristas, you need to do better.

Staff not focused on customers only drive through. Had to ask for my order. Size of burgers is disappointing and not value for money. Coffee was warm. Toilets were filthy. Facilities 80%clean. Drive through is so slow, shuffling cars into parking to majestic their times good.

Wonderful customer service! I was truly blown away by the politeness and respect the children displayed at the restaurant. Majority of the food could compare to the likes of a Michelin star restaurant. Unfortunately I have one gripe/ suggestion to the menu, I think you could add more international cuisines such as a mccurry of mcghetti, I think these new items would be great additions to the food selection and hope to see these at my local Micdonalds immediately!

Tried the drive through for an egg and bacon burger meal deal with a skinny latte as the coffee. I got the burger and the coffee and got charged individually and did not get my hash brown. The cashier blamed me and suggested she could get the manager to do a refund and then I would have re-order. Too hard, and the coffee was burnt and bitter.

The food and drinks are pretty standard, but I always enjoy going there because of their fish tank. It’s really unique.
