I just visited the store and tried their Berry Crepe special with a mug of hot chocolate. The food was great, the hot chocolate was absolutely divine, and the service by Sid was flawless. 5 stars all the way!

Seriously delicious deserts! We visited here after lunch recently and must admit we were pleasantly surprised. The desert menu is fairly large but we finally decided on the Banana and Caramel Crepe (served with ice cream), the Banana Split Waffle and a Banana Bread to share. We also ordered some Classic Hot Chocolates. The dishes didn’t take too long to arrive, were beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was great and the staff were even better. We loved being able to take our time - savouring each mouthful - whilst enjoying each other’s company. Would definitely recommend. I know that we will be back! Note: would advise ordering at the counter as the QR code system was a frustratingly long process which we ended out abandoning.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a regular mocha and was shocked to be charged $9 (it was $8 the week before, but I paid anyway). When I left, I said I’d be back shortly and sent my 9yearold in to collect it. He came back upset and told me he asked politely if he could have one marshmallow and was told he’d have to pay for it. That really annoyed me. I understand rules, but we’re talking about one marshmallow for a child, not something expensive. Most places give that without hesitation. I went back in and explained that I’d just paid $9 for a small mocha and that my child couldn’t even be given a single marshmallow. The staff member said there are cameras and wouldn’t budge. When I asked about other drinks, I was told a cappuccino is $5.50 so apparently paying less gets better value? To make it worse, the mocha itself was poor. Very little chocolate basically just warm milk for $9. This isn’t really about the money, it’s about basic customer service and common sense. A child asking for one marshmallow shouldn’t be treated like they’re doing something wrong. Unfortunately, between the attitude, the pricing, and the quality of the drink, I won’t be coming back.

The ambience is great. The waffle balls still got it. The drinks were nice. They didn't bother with the coffee art and didn't fill it to the brim. Would have coffee elsewhere but have the chocolate eats and drinks here. The QR code ordering takes time as there is so much data you got to fill. Next time better to go up to the counter to order.

Great friendly service. Served by a guy who had only recently started. He's doing an awesome job. Apparently they've deleted the mint hot chocolate from the menu. Nooooooo. They still had the syrup out back so we managed to get one. Keep the mint hot chocolate 😀
