I ordered a brown sugar iced shaken espresso and asked for less ice not little ice. The asian guy who gave it to me gave me a drink labeled light ice, and it did not taste like the drink I ordered. I went back and asked for it to be made again with normal ice, but the hijabi girl tried to act smart and only added more syrup instead of remaking it.The drink was still wrong, so I threw it in the bin. Please be honest next time and make the drink the correct way.

I wouldn’t even have given one star for today’s service…on usual days the staff is so good but today on special occasion where we have to extra surcharge too…these people need to learn abit of customer service skills. Mr. Jake was completely pathetic at his service he needs to be taught how to deal with customers. I was so nice to him but he turned around with his filthy attitude…sorry but dont work in hospitality if you cant keep up…

I visited Starbucks Craigieburn, located at 280 Hume Highway, Craigieburn VIC 3064, and found it to be a convenient and comfortable stop. The café has a clean, modern interior with plenty of seating, making it a good choice whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee on your own or sitting down with family or friends. One of the best things about this location is its convenience—it sits right next to a gas station, which makes it perfect for a break when you’re stopping to refuel during a short errand run or a long drive on the highway. Easy access and quick service mean you can stretch your legs, grab a drink, and be back on the road without losing much time. The menu features the full Starbucks lineup: classic espresso-based drinks like cappuccinos and lattes, refreshing iced beverages, teas, frappuccinos, and light snacks. Kids and sweet-tooth fans will enjoy their donuts and hot chocolates, while regulars know what to expect in terms of consistency. Service here is generally friendly, though, like many busy stores, there can be the odd hiccup with orders or timing. Still, the convenience and brand familiarity make it a solid choice. A bit of history: Starbucks got its start in Seattle in 1971 as a coffee bean retailer before evolving into the global café chain we know today. It first landed in Australia in 2000, faced major contractions around 2008, and the remaining stores were taken over in 2014—yet the brand remains a recognizable fixture today.

Thursday morning 11.30 approx DISGUSTING service from both the person taking orders and the one at the window. Refused a simple request due to dietary requirements and responded in condescending and abrupt tones. When asked for the ladies name who was taking the order she refused and disgusting and mockingly replied “no what’s your name” When they asked me to drive to the next window - this lady opened the window and screamed “what’s the problem?” Hiring staff that are argumentative and rude at 11am in the morning is not professional. Now not only have I had to go elsewhere (where they completed the request because I’m allergic) but missed an important appointment. Train your staff about transparency and accountability and if a request is not possible (which in this case it was) learn proper etiquette when it comes to approaching customers. She refused to give me her name so this is her photo. She mocked and said she won’t give me her name and to do a google review. This photo is attached to show the disgusting and aggressive body language. Why do you need to wave your hands out of the window and yell? Then her co worker has come over and slammed the window.

Fan of your cold drinks but just dropped by to have hot coffee (writing this from my table). Hot coffee taste like a burnt coffee with no good coffee flavour. Had the spinach and ricotta role and it was underbaked with uncooked pastry sheet at the bottom. Almond croissant was the only life saver in the order. And no drizzle on the cappuccino, is that normal ? Sorry team but not a Starbucks experience for sure.
