All the ingredients are all of the place in the burger box, I otdered two boxes of hot and crispy chicken zinger boxes, chicken pieces and the patty were way smaller. Looks like a corner of chicken breast was cut and fried and was served. Profit is good but at least has to meet the company standards.

I placed an online order today (Order #1210) and it was an extremely disappointing experience. It took 40 minutes just to prepare the order.
I’m a regular KFC customer and usually have a much better experience, but this particular store has been consistently disappointing. I ordered in a drive through, and when the food arrived after 40 mins the burger was tasteless, there were no sauces at all, and half the order was missing. On top of that, the staff who prepared/handled the order didn’t seem attentive or helpful.
I’m really disappointed because I expect much better as a loyal customer. I’d like this to be addressed, and I’d appreciate a response regarding what will be done to fix this and prevent it from happening again.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. Although I placed my order through your app, I was instructed to wait 20 minutes for processing. I understand that Friday evenings may be busy, but if your guys are perhaps don’t accept online orders instead of keeping customers waiting. As a fast food restaurant, people typically expect a quick service. Unfortunately, due to the poor service, my daughter missed her classes. I hope you will take necessary steps to improve your customer service.

I ordered from KFC Wollert today around 3 PM and was extremely disappointed. The burger was cold with a strange smell, the chips were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting for hours, and the chicken was greasy, soggy, and had a very unpleasant smell. After trying the chicken, I actually felt sick and vomited because of the taste and smell.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with KFC. Food safety and freshness should be taken seriously. Very unhappy with this experience.

Extremely Disappointed – This Keeps Happening
I am honestly so disappointed. This is the second time KFC has failed to pack items that I PAID for. Last time, we ordered a Family Feast and they forgot the chips! we had to waste our time and petrol driving back to get them.
Yesterday (27th November)around 5:30 PM, we bought a Family Feast and 6 Wicked Wings and once again something was missing. We got home opened the bag and the potato & gravy wasn’t even packed. It’s frustrating, it’s careless and it’s unacceptable. They take the money but don’t give the full order.
To make it worse, the bag was soggy and tipped at the bottom, making the whole experience even worse.
I’m really tired of this happening over and over again. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every single item because the staff can’t be bothered. This store seriously needs to fix its service ! this is beyond disappointing.
