Very disappointing experience at KFC today. We went through the drive-through and waited for over 2 minutes before anyone even responded — there were no cars ahead of us. We spoke on the speaker so they could hear, but instead of taking our order politely, the staff were rude and even said that we were being rude, then told us to wait in the queue.
We ended up waiting over 15 minutes for our food. This isn’t the first time — it happens regularly at this store. After 30 minutes, I had to go inside to collect the food myself, and even then, the fries were cold.
Today it happened again — waited around 20 minutes, and the fries were still cold. Clearly, there’s a serious issue with customer service, order management, and food quality at this location.
KFC management really needs to look into this store’s staff training and service standards — customers should not be treated this way, especially when the restaurant isn’t even busy.
Note: Attaching a photo after waiting 20 minutes just for cold fries and popcorn chicken . We’re not even sure if the food is hygienic at this point. We’ve decided to dispose of it, as the team’s rude, harassing, and discriminatory behaviour made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. This experience was completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about staff conduct, hygiene, and customer treatment. We strongly urge KFC management to investigate this matter urgently.

This KFC fails EVERY time I go, I need to learn my lesson and stop going back.
Today I ordered TWO large meals, they give me my 2 Large drinks, then hand me the bag (which I of course check) and there's only 1 large chips. I call them back and say it's missing a large chips, he asks a woman behind him, then turns to me and says 'it's at the bottom of the bag', I said there's 1 but there should be a 2nd. He again speaks to the woman behind him and she looks bewildered, then starts making another large chips, but she doesn't look happy about it.
He brings it to me, I say there was no way to order sauce for the tenders so can I have barbeque, he gets them, and I check if he added the sweet & sour which I did order for the nuggets, so he grabs them too (which weren't added, do they even look at the order).
Once I'm home, I open up the burger, which just looks terrible (pic attached) and there's no spoon for my potato and gravy (or any other napkins).

Got a drive thru order for two separate meals. Had both meals stuffed into one box (sized for one meal) and the dinner roll squished to a pancake. Packaging absolutely atrocious, don’t understand why two boxes couldn’t have been used or putting one meal in a bag.

Bought the Burger Feast meal which was an absolute waste of money.
Everything that came in the meal was refried. Chips were dry and stale and so were the nuggets. Very disappointing and never going back to this store again.

Waited over 25 minutes in the waiting bay for “fresh bacon to be cooked”
Once my food come out the so called fresh bacon was literally like pork crackle, when I took it back inside the manager thought it was funny. I was then made to wait a further 15 minutes for my wrap to be re made. Finally got my order which was uneatable because there was half a bottle of sauce on it, which is quite common I’ve found when u take something back because it was wrong.
