This place has improved a lot and the customer service is next to non.
Eren is an absolute legend, he is customer focused and always approaches you with polite manner.
Eren comes up and gives you an updates on how the order is tracking and offers his apology, although the team works very fast and the wait is minimal.
Great work Eren your customer service is on point.

Since this branch opened I've been buying from there whether for delivery or pickup there's always something missing the staff there are incredibly negligent testerday I ordered 32 chicken wings and when I got home I found they had only given me 26 there were 6 missing I will never buy from this branch again.
My advice to you is to check the order before leaving.
Note : I've bought from other branches and this hasn't happened to me only this branch.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC today. When I walked in, I waited at the counter with no acknowledgment from any staff. I politely asked whether orders were taken there, and the employee working at the register looked at me without responding before eventually taking my order.
I asked for a specific combo, but it wasn’t entered correctly. When I clarified, she insisted I hadn’t said it, even though I had clearly asked for a twister combo with no coleslaw and regular lettuce instead. I stayed polite and even offered to pay the difference, but her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. It was obvious she was frustrated as she walked away.
What made the situation worse was hearing another staff member correct her in front of me and tell her she needed to charge extra and put the order through properly. Their back-and-forth happened right where I could hear everything, and it came across as unprofessional and careless.
When I finally received my food, it wasn’t even the right order. The twister had no lettuce at all, I didn’t receive my drink, and there were extra items I never asked for.
I normally don’t mind small mistakes, but the attitude, the lack of communication, and the way the staff spoke to each other in front of customers made the entire experience unpleasant. It genuinely felt like none of them wanted to be there. Unfortunately, after today, I won’t be returning to this location.

I attended the drive-thru where no one initially took my order at the speaker box. I then drove to the window and informed the staff that we didn’t get the chance to order. The staff member told us to reverse back and assured us our order would be taken, which we did. However, after waiting, different staff member returned and rudely told us they could not take our order and to go back again. The manner in which this was said was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
We waited further, but no one came to assist us. Instead, staff took photos of our car plate, which felt unnecessary and intimidating. I then went inside to speak to the manager, only to be met with even worse behaviour. The manager was rude, dismissive, and shockingly threatened me by saying that the police were coming. This was completely uncalled for and left me feeling disrespected and harassed.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service, the lack of professionalism, and the outright hostility I experienced from both the staff and management at this store. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect, which I did not receive.
I am requesting a formal apology from both the staff and the manager involved, as well as confirmation of what action will be taken to address this unacceptable behaviour.!!!

Disappointing experience with KFC Craigieburn on Aitken Blvd! Ordered drive-through and was missing a burger from my box. To make matters worse, the burger they did give me had NO SAUCE! Not what I paid for. Very unhappy with the service and quality. Seriously, what's the point of doing drive-through if you need to go into the store to ask for missing items and when you finally get it, it's completely missing sauce?! 1/5 stars
