Hi, I am writing to make a formal complaint about a very upsetting experience I had today at one of your McDonald’s drive-thru restaurants. I placed an order at the drive-thru for a Happy Meal and a soft serve ice cream. When I was handed my order, I was given only the Happy Meal, and the soft serve ice cream was missing. I immediately pointed this out at the drive-thru window, before leaving. Instead of fixing the mistake, the staff member and the manager who attended were extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I was told that I would need to drive around again, place a new order, and pay again, even though the error was clearly made by the restaurant. I explained calmly that I was still at the window, that the order was incomplete, and that it was unreasonable to ask me to line up again for a mistake that was not mine. I also offered to pay at the window if needed, but this was refused. The situation was handled very poorly, with no empathy or customer care. This was especially distressing because my 4-year-old daughter was with me and began crying when she was told she would not be given the ice cream that was ordered. As a customer, I expect: • Orders to be checked and provided correctly • Mistakes to be resolved immediately at the point of service • Respectful and professional behaviour from staff and management I am extremely disappointed by the attitude shown and the lack of basic customer service. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate an apology and follow-up regarding this incident. Kind regards, Rayan

This would have to be the one of the worst (IF not the worst) McDonald's I have ever entered or have ordered from. Where are start? Service is so poor here that you practically waiting for 30 min for someone to serve you. If you do self serve food takes almost just ask long and cold. I have never had nuggets and chips come to me so hard before. Its like they had held them there for hours and then re-cooked them. The staff here are so unprofessional. They see you standing there and they just ignore you. I have been in to order here and have had to come in several times to get my oder fixed or replaced as it's either been wrong or cold. Unfortunately I had to ordered for my kids lunch as I was at work and when I got home to be told that they couldn't even eat their lunch because it was so hard that they couldn't chew it and cold aslo. Uber driver was there within 15 min of me ordering so it's not like they took so long. So I guess they like to serve you old rubbery food here. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. McDonald's should really look into who is running this venue and train their staff or just get whole new staffing there that will do the job properly. Never again!!!

It feels like a chaotic kids' play area—people are making extremely uncomfortable jokes and even pretending to pee in the deep fryer. The environment is a mess, fridge doors are open and honestly, the public road outside looks cleaner than the restaurant itself. Just look at the food in the photo—it looks like it was picked straight from the garbage. I nearly vomited when I opened it to eat. Talk to the manager at the time, she was laughing to the situation and said we need to improve. #macdonald. #mac check this out

This is absolutely putrid. I ordered this burger as a nice treat you see, paying with my hard earned moneys. When i received it, there was this most disgusting yellow substance on the box, now idk what this is or how it got there but i will no longer stand for this. There will be revolution.

This isn’t the first time I’ve gone through drive-thru and the drive-thru person doesn’t know what’s on the menu. However, usually they either explain why things have changed or ask another staff member for clarification, so it usually gets resolved. This time around there wasn’t any explanation on why I couldn’t get an item that shown on the breakfast drive-thru menu and the McDonald’s breakfast menu. There is an all-day menu that includes Big Mac, Cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, nuggets and fries. This means you can get these items during breakfast. If your store is different to other McDonald’s then a simple explanation can resolve the situation. This is also not the first time I’ve come, ordered an ice-latte and there hasn’t been extra-sugar syrup added into the drink. In some instances, it doesn’t taste like any sugar-syrup was added to the drink. This is unfair since it costs extra to get the extra sugar-syrup added.
