I ordered a Sausage McMuffin meal this morning with no sauces and an added hash brown only, due to dietary restrictions.
Unfortunately, when I opened the meal, I found that egg was added, which I had not ordered and cannot consume.
I did not have the receipt with me, but the order was placed at approximately 6:35 am.
I understand that mornings can be busy, however for customers with dietary requirements, accuracy is very important. I hope more care can be taken in the future to ensure orders match what is requested.

Worst experience ever.
Ordered Uber Eats on Thursday morning around 4:00 am and got a McSpicy meal with ice-cold, filthy fries. I also ordered a shake, but received a call from staff saying it wasn’t available. I clearly asked them to cancel the entire order, but instead they sent me a vanilla Coke, which I cannot have. You can’t just replace items however you feel—people have dietary needs.
The chicken was cold and hard like a rock.
Extremely disappointed with the food and the rude service.

DO NOT even bother coming here during peak hours. The staff are simply not trained to deal with a busy environment.
We came while the store was packed with a huge crowd of students. We patiently waited not realizing we have been waiting for 1 hr 15min! I asked 2 different staff to follow up my order while the other customers did the same and no, they could not simply give us an answer. Our orders magically disappeared! We were offered a refund as long as we could provide a receipt. Their self ordering machines NEVER for the past 5 yrs (if i could correctly recall) could ever print a receipt. Thankfully, I got proof from my maccas app.
We were never given an apology. But shout out to the manager and another asian senior staff for stepping up to fix the situation. The manager went straight to the kitchen, started making burgers to meet the demands while the other lady refunded.
I’ve been a customer since moving to Craigieburn 8 yrs ago but if there is another Mcdonalds closer to my place, I won’t even bother coming here. Once was forgiveable but twice is just pathetic.

I ordered a Big Mac meal from McDonald’s today 2am for takeaway and was honestly very disappointed. The Big Mac was missing an entire layer and completely empty. There was no patty no lettuce or sauce in second layer.The fries were extremely hard, dry, and stale — I felt like I might break a tooth trying to eat them. I ate the meal within 10 minutes of receiving it, so there’s no excuse for the quality being this poor. Definitely not what I expect from McDonald’s. I’ve attached photos as well.

Maybe if I didn’t ask for fresh chips, I would have received fresh chips. At least they got the sauces right this time.
