Always terrible experiences from this store. Food is always half missing. Looks like it’s been thrown around with not a single care at all. Delivery is always the worst of it all. This time after ordering through them, my Maccas app half of the Coke had been sprayed all over the burgers, chips and nuggets leaving them soggy and dripping but lid still attached. Looks like my meal has gone through a rollercoaster Or been thrown around, completely unprofessional. Not to mention the half eaten Chips. Absolutely disgraceful experiences repeatedly from this store. I will never be ordering from here again.

I’m a local Kingsbury resident and I’ve never seen this McDonald’s in such poor condition. The restaurant felt very messy, old, dusty and dirty, especially for a Sunday when it’s usually busy. There didn’t seem to be enough staff on, which added to the overall chaos.
The camera in the kids area looks broken!
On top of that, the fries I received were not fresh and I had to get another serving. This store really needs a thorough clean and a refresh. It’s disappointing to see a local McDonald’s presented this way, as the standard is usually much better.

I live near this maccas. Shoutout to the staff doing the Monday morning shift. There was a customer who rudely shouted at the staff that he was waiting for his coffee for 30 minutes. At that time I only saw about 2 staff doing so much work. Thank you for managing the store and keeping things professional 😊

I have been to this MacDonalds 3 times and all three times they have not delivered what l requested. The young man who takes the orders is a delight, he checks, double checks and has the nicest manners but from there it all goes south.. the last two times l asked for extra salt because the first time there was no salt at all and again no salt. Last time l asked for angry/spicy onion in my burger, l was charged and no onion in my burger.. and today stale chips and no salt..who the hell wants to eat fries without salt? Not good enough when you are paying close to 20.00 for fast food..

We had a less than satisfactory experience here. The food was acceptable, but the customer service was lacking. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. They also made an error with our order and forgot to include one burger. We noticed this as we were dining in and informed the staff, but they did not even offer an apology.
Additionally, the fries were not packaged properly and spilled everywhere in the bag.
The dining areas were not properly cleaned, which created an unpleasant atmosphere.
I hope that the management will take the necessary steps to address these issues.
