This has been, and continues to be my petrol station of choice. The staff are courteous, polite & efficient. The car wash is excellent. I have no problem with the nighttime prepayment because I know they are following a directive from BP head office. I have experienced nighttime prepayment at other service stations so it’s nothing unusual. Thank you for being an excellent petrol station. Cheers PJ

This used to be the best petrol station in Kew until they started doing 9pm prepaid. It's way too inconvenient now and I will be avoiding it after 9pm. I'm sure this policy will cause them to lose more money due to customer loss compared to the odd person doing a runner.

Tried using vacuum, didn’t work. Took $11 from me, staff didn’t do anything. Didn’t offer refund. Bad experience.
