McDonald's Hawthorn

Pretty poor effort. One burger had no cheese, sauce for the nuggets was missing and they put the chips in the bag upside down. Was pretty quiet in the store too so they just didn’t care about what they were serving customers.

I waited 10 minutes for my large Mcspicy order at 1 am when the store was almost empty, and I get a McChicken instead of a mcspicy. I am fairly certain it was done on purpose since they put it in the mcspicy bun and box.

Apart from the food being disgraceful to serve 60% of the time, there is one manager that Is lying about contaminated water everytime I come in the store, ( I come in between her shifts and get water everytime, I'm also 5 months pregnant) and the same female manager refuses to help me and lies my face about the water being "contaminated" when I have been in store earlier same day not contaminated just nicer managers during day. Speak to your boss lady this is unfair

Owner or their manager had been very rude. He doesn’t even know how to talk with the customers. He made me wait for 15 minutes for one coffee and when I asked for the refund he asked me to leave the store saying that it’s his property. Store smells too bad and unhygienic too. After this incident I have started going to Kew/ Burwood Highway even though this store is at walking distance from my place.

Avoid at all costs. Scamming customers with these ridiculous fill sizes! Large fries. Wouldn’t even be enough for a small. Why do this? Why enforce strict rules on your team to underfill. Borderline fraudulent
