I had an awesome night at Blossom Rooftop Bar, it’s absolutely one of my top spots for a fun dinner with friends. We shared a few pizzas and they were excellent. The wood-fired pizzas had a lovely crust and the toppings felt fresh and delicious, perfect for sharing. The mulled wine warmed us up and set a cozy, festive mood, just right for a night out on a rooftop under the stars. The view from the rooftop is stunning. Blossom sits high above the city and the sweeping 270-degree city skyline made the whole evening feel a little special. There’s a relaxed but lively vibe: the rooftop layout, ambient lighting, and mix of indoor/outdoor seating makes it ideal whether you’re planning a big group night or a chill catch-up. The staff were friendly and service was smooth. Even with a busy crowd, our food and drinks came out quickly and the night had a great flow.

Blossom Rooftop Bar sits so high above Melbourne, the pizzas should come with a boarding pass. Located on top of the Pullman, this place delivers views that are basically a 270-degree panorama of 'Why haven't I been here sooner?' The drinks are expertly crafted, and the fact that you're eating incredible food while looking down on all the CBD traffic is the ultimate flex. If you need an escape, forget meditation—just take the elevator to Level 14, grab a slice, and let the skyline be your therapist. 10/10, would get high (on elevation and pizza) again!

Very disappointing experience. We called ahead to say we’d be late due to a tram breakdown and were told it was no issue, yet on arrival we were told that we lost our table. The food was misleading: the menu photo clearly showed four items, but only one was served. When we complained, we were told it couldn’t be changed because it had left the kitchen. After speaking to the manager twice, the only solution was to add one more item. Shortly after, the menu description was changed, which felt extremely unprofessional. It was a 42-degree day and we asked please for cold water, as the water served at the table was completely hot. With a poor attitude, they eventually brought us ice. At the end of the night, a security guard was rude and aggressive, telling us to leave even though we still had drinks and had told him we were finishing the drinks we paid for. Misleading menu, poor management response, and unacceptable treatment by security. Not an experience I’d recommend!!!

Celebrated my birthday here with a couple of friends and it was amazing! The location is right in the middle of the city, making it very easy to get here by train. The rooftop itself is beautiful and nicely decorated. The service and staff are next level! They accommodated with me bringing my own cake, and brought it out to us. Would 100% come back here, loved every moment of the night thanks to this place and especially the staff! :)

Very disappointing experience, especially for a Friday night girls’ catch-up last night. We called ahead to let the venue know we’d be arriving late (around 20 minutes) due to tram issues and were told very casually “no worries”, with no mention of any table-holding policy. When we arrived, our table had been given away. The manager initially claimed there was no record of our call, which made it feel like we were being accused of lying, and although it was later acknowledged, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, the situation was framed as entirely our fault. We were told to wait inside, which was dark, extremely hot, and uncomfortable, with no timeframe given for when a table might be available. It was a 42-degree day and water service was poor. Jugs were left out warm with no ice, and when we asked for cold water, we were simply given ice to add ourselves. Food was also misleading. A starter ordered based on the menu image showed four items, but only one arrived. Even though it hadn’t been touched, we were told it couldn’t be returned. One extra item was offered, but it didn’t resolve the issue and felt dismissive. The overall vibe was disorganised and flat for a rooftop bar. When it started raining, other tables had umbrellas but ours did not. To finish the night, security abruptly told us to leave with a 10-minute warning, while other tables were allowed to remain. The interaction was rude, hostile, and embarrassing, with raised voices and no discretion. Overall, poor communication, lack of hospitality, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Not the standard you’d expect from a rooftop venue, and unfortunately not somewhere I’d recommend.
