Authentic Banh Mi at a great price. Never seen them to anything like this, but they weigh the Banh Mi to ensure consistency across everyone getting the same sized roll every time, and the serving is huge too. Absolutely comparable to already top places like Tabac and Bun Bun.

Absolutely delicious Bahn Mi at excellent prices. The rolls were so full of tasty good quality ingredients. Would highly recommend this place. It’s worth the wait if they’re busy!

I understand the hype. Vietnamese aunty was very friendly, we got cold cuts and the nem nuong. Did not disappoint. Crispy bread yet fluffy, pate and buerre generous to drip out. Cuts could be better but for the price point it is nearly unbeatable. Gives Sydney a run for its money for best pork roll (10 and under $)

I happened to be at South Melb area, so I popped in on Monday and when I showed the staff the replacement Banh-mi, they didn't question further. I didn't have to wait too long and the banh mi wasn't disappointed, so ... fair to say, it's a really good Banh Mi and very good service; listening to customer's legitimate complaint and rectify the matter 👍 😀
I had a really good Banh Mi at their Moonee Ponds store, so when we're at South Bank, I promoted Luke's Banh Mi to my friends as they hadn't had it. It was Sun, and there's a pretty long queue. After all my friends have got their orders, I asked about mine. The staff didn't ask me about my number, just said I'll be called when mine is ready. After 11 orders had passed after mine, I questioned her again, which she checked, and from the look on her face, I knew they had forgotten mine. I requested a refund because i don't have time to wait. She said give me 1 minute. She checked something and then said, "Sorry, we don't have crunchy mushroom, but I'll give you pork." I noticed she didn't put the roasted pork, but instead took a different pork, but i didn't pay much attention because i wasn't happy by that time. Went to foodcourt to eat and oh my goodness. She has given me 2 big chunck of meat without cutting them. The 2 pieces of meat fit the size of the whole bun. I was too hungry, so I ate half of the meat. It was flavourless, chewy, hard, and the most disturbing part was that there was flour, a 2cm thick flour taste on the meat. I said meat because I wasn't sure at that time if that's even a pork. I couldn't and wouldn't eat the other half of the pork. It's such a disappointment. Never had such a bad Banh mi ever!!!
