The place gets busy on a weekend , great for the business but staff is condescending but with a smile. Considering I was charged $20 for 3 coffees for it to taste average. The staff asked to wait near the counter and then another to direct us out. Weekend surcharge was expected but takeaway cup costs extra 35cents and staff repeatedly said there is no seats available. So my long black ended up costing me appx $7 The pastries are great but the atmosphere and staff makes it not worth visiting.

Really good stop. Friendly staff, food genuinely delicious, plenty of seating options. On the pricer side of things but it was worth it

Visited this bakery today at 1:30pm with my boyfriend and they close at 2pm. When we entered, there was one costumer in line before us so it was clear they were still taking orders. Once it was our turn, I still asked if it was okay to order even if just for take-out and the male staff rudely responds “you can only get take-out”. I then ask for a menu and instead of acknowledging me, he looks to my boyfriend next to me who’s taking a photo just of the space and tells him “don’t take photos of our staff” which he was clearly not doing. I had to ask again for a menu and he just points to the display window saying that’s all that’s available. I then I ask if I can order a drink and again if there’s a menu and he immediately looks to his coworker as if I’ve inconvenienced him and she then says “what do you want, I’ll just tell you some of our drinks” which is so odd but I just assume that maybe they don’t really offer drinks there. Because he looked so bothered, his coworker told him she’d just take our order and he immediately left without a word. We then quickly look at the pastries and once we were ready to order, we noticed they put out a menu on the counter that had food and a whole drinks portion but they decided not to mention the menu to us at all. The whole experience was awful and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable and we really couldn’t understand why. I honestly didn’t want to order anything at that point but my boyfriend still went ahead and ordered, even as uncomfortable as the whole interaction was. We then sat outside on a bench and saw a few more customers enter the bakery and still place orders so it was never a matter of them closing, which is the only thing that might make sense but still wouldn’t justify any of their behavior towards us. The photo below is what my boyfriend took, with no staff in it. This was such a horrible experience and the worst customer service.

Obsessed with everything about this place. Quality of the pastries were outstanding. The pastries were fresh and full of flavour, the coffee was delicious and the whole place just has such a warm, welcoming vibe. You can tell everything is made with care. Can’t wait to come back! cute decor as well.

Ok I’ve been here 3 times now, which already tells you enough (it’s definitely worth going back to). Such a cute Copenhagen inspired bakery!! Delicious pastries and aesthetic and clean seating area inside and outside! I would recommend the cardamon bun and the morning bun, they were both so fluffy, crisp and flavourful!
