Food was good. But used the drive thru and seriously took 20 plus minutes to get through with approx 5 cars in front. Not sure what caused the extensive delay but staff were apologetic for the delay when I finally got to the window.

Very bad attitude. We ordered two iced chocolate, and they were made by different people. One of the black-haired male waiter who helped us order was giving bombastic side eye and even left in middle of service to get chips for another customer. I mean, we didn’t even take long to decide. He made one of the iced chocs, but it was clearly lazy work. The sauce was not mixed properly, and it looked poor quality compared to the other one another girl made. So we asked why it was not the same. He shrugged, said “if you mix more, it will be the same” in a unfriendly tone and just scooped out the cream, put it on the flipping plain table, mixed it(poorly) and put the cream BACK in the drink. How disgusting! His attitude haven’t even changed when we request a replacement. The food is good, but staff need to learn respect.

I do buy hungry jacks brekky 4-5 times in a week today I had my brekky in another location ham toastie, hash brown and coffee I got free coffee coz I do drink coffee there almost everyday. Today my order was horrible, Toastie just not toasted at all just one cheese inside and 3 hams folded with some oily stuff rubbed outer bread I just dumped my food.. but the coffee was nice same as other days.. I recommend all the customers to open the order and have a look before leave the location.. staff who handed the order very nicely spoken with welcoming face.. but I do care quality of my food not anything else..

I ordered a Vegan Whopper through the Hungry Jack’s app, picked it up, and went home—only to realize I was given a beef burger instead. I immediately went back, but the store had already closed. After knocking multiple times, someone finally opened the door and listened to my issue.
They agreed to remake my order, and I waited over 15 minutes for it. When I finally received my food and got home, it was beef again! How can the same mistake happen twice for the same order? This isn’t just frustrating—it’s incredibly careless, especially when dealing with dietary preferences and restrictions.
I wasn’t about to go back for a third time, but this experience makes me seriously question the staff’s attention to detail.
