I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Berwick South on 23rd December. I placed a small order at around 11:20 am and was told it would take 10–15 minutes.
I waited 30 minutes and went to the counter several times to ask about my order. Each time, I was told “10 minutes” or “15 minutes” again, but no real update was given. The staff did not seem to care, and the girls at the front were looking at each other and smiling when I asked about my order, which felt very unprofessional.
I finally received my order at 11:50 am. This was the worst experience I’ve had at KFC. Due to the poor service and long wait time, I will never visit KFC Berwick South again.

Fried chicken perfection! My go-to for crispy, juicy comfort food. The Zinger burger is legendary – always hits the spot. Fast, tasty, and consistently good.

If I had to be honest, the workers are great and helpful, however it seems that they’re forced to skimp on the food quantity, I suspect Jewish ownership, I’ve seen managers yell at workers and from first hand account heard about how they are stingy with shifts from my brother. Enforce impossible tasks on 15 year old children. I will not be going here and will advise against it

I always get KFC here and the quality is quite okay. The only down side is that more than not, there is always some items missing or order is wrong when your order is big. I’m missing potato & gravy. It’s too much hassle to go back in the rain and to claim something that should already be there. Just make sure you check your food before driving off.

Ordered through door dash and got nothing of what we ordered, waste of money and waste of time. Understandable that it’s close to closing time but it would’ve been more understanding if they cancelled the order. Instead they just threw the last of their shit and called it a night. Unbelievable
