Ordered on Uber Eats. They have a specific section asking what ingredients in a dish you don’t want, I select no Guacamole and no sour cream (no guacamole because I’m allergic to avocado, no sour cream because I don’t like the texture and taste) and take a wild guess at what happened.
Order was delayed, food arrives and I open it up, and yay I get both guacamole and sour cream. I can scoop up the sour cream at least but the bloody avocado mush is covering and seeping over my fries.
Not to mention this entire order was $30 for a tiny portion. (A bit of leniency as it had a side of fries and a drink.) However still overpriced compared to GyG and Mexi Shack who were cheaper yet had much larger portions.
If you include a section for customers to exclude ingredients then maybe actually look at that and be careful not to include those ingredients. What’s the point if you’re adding it in regardless.
TLDR: Overpriced for a smaller portions, staff/chef don’t look at order specifications(allergies). Better off getting GyG or some other Mexican place.

Food and waiting time was fine, but I asked for extra tomatoes in my tacos, and this is what I got. Like 3 pieces. I don’t know if they charged me for that as I didn’t get a receipt but please give extra if that’s what someone ordered.
I have been here about a year or so aswell and barely received any salad in the tacos, and it seems to be a regular occurrence after reading other reviews. Thanks

Edit: I decided to give them another shot( not because taco bell contacted me, but on my own accord). I ordered Boss Burito box via door dash. The food was ready fast and swiftly delivered. Chips were warm and perfectly salted, Burito was nice, flavourful and fresh, and Cheesy G was back to its greatness. Soft drink was nice and cold. I have updated the food rating from 2 to 4 and service from 1 to 3. Good on you for picking up on your game and bringing Taco Bell back to great standards.
Food wasn't good, soggy nachos, gave me the wrong order, filled beef instead of chicken, burrito was dry and no flavours, the only thing nice was my Coke with ice, they got that one right. I can live with all that, fast food, who cares. What I can't live with is the appalling attitude from staff. They talk as if I'm a homeless person being served free food. Won't communicate properly, when asked a question, will reply as if they're doing me a favour. Man, I've seen some bad service, but this one takes the cake in 2025. Money well spent on small mom dad food shops, much better food, lesser price and amazing customer service unlike these fast food chains.

I personally enjoyed my experience here with my kids. The food was really nice. The Tacos tasted exactly how I remember them from when I lived in California over 16 years ago. Little taste of home was great. Especially being on holiday and from Darwin where we don't have Taco Bell.
The staff seemed friendly and fun, and the place was nice to dine in. The prices were surprisingly good, too.

I came here at Taco Bell Dandenong south at 10:40 and tried to order some food. But the staff here specifically the girl who talked through the drive tru microphone was so rude and refused to take my order. She said we are out of all kind of meet, bean and chips. I said u have 20 minutes left before closing but the staff refused and said it’s too late.
So I’m asking the management here. What is exactly the point of having it open until 11 Pm when your staff are stopping taking orders 20 minutes before?????
