I have been to this location over 25-30 times in last one year as there’s no other wildbean cafe close by. Every time I try to order Coffee the only answer I get is that they are cleaning the machine. I don’t have problem if they are actually cleaning it but nah, they lie coz they don’t wanna make Coffee. Never I ever saw them washing the machine. Owner should check that or at least please let us know why can’t we get Coffee here?

Disappointed - A person working at the counter should maintain proper customer service etiquette. If they are unable or unwilling to serve customers appropriately, then a counter role may not be suitable for them. No one goes to buy a morning coffee only to be treated poorly.
There is a blonde lady at the counter who consistently refuses to toast banana bread, claiming the toaster is “broken.” However, last week a different staff member toasted it for me without any issue. This shows the problem is not the equipment, but her attitude.
It would be appreciated if she could improve her approach to customers, and avoid saying “Have a good day” after contributing to a negative experience.

I had two very different experiences at this location. The first day, a male cashier was incredibly kind when I forgot my wallet and couldn’t pay for gas. He filled out a form, took my details, and allowed me to return the next day before 6 PM to pay—a gesture I truly appreciated.
However, the next day, a female cashier was extremely unprofessional. When I arrived to pay (after waiting in a long line), she became impatient, said finding the form would "take time," and insisted on serving other customers first. Even after letting her help one person, she kept prioritizing new customers, making me wait indefinitely. When I asked how many more she planned to serve before helping me, she became hostile, loudly blaming me for not paying the day before. Eventually, she retrieved the form (which took less than 5 seconds—it was right beside her) and processed my payment reluctantly.
The male cashier’s kindness saved this location’s reputation, but the female cashier’s rude behavior and dishonesty about the form were unacceptable. I hope management addresses this inconsistency in customer service.

Visited this BP around 12:15 AM on 19/12/2025. The toilet was locked, and the staff member refused to open it for us.
He also looked at us rudely, which was very uncomfortable.
Very poor customer service. Disappointing experience.

The lady at night shift on 11 August 2025 time :3:45 am was very rude to me ..I was waiting for 10 minutes outside the door because it was prepay and after repeated bells when she came she started showing attitude and was very rude by saying that why I ringing again and again ..she needs to be fixed otherwise shut your 24/7 service if you can’t do it
