Came here to get tenders & wicked wings, They didn't have ANY. ended up swapping for original chicken, and it was so oily AND dry. Asked what cookie dough the bites were, MANAGER replied with "idk just cookie dough" condescendingly and most of my food was cold. ALSO i got a zinger and tell me why theres 2 slices of cheese on it. On top of that, I requested to replace my regular chips for another. Got replaced with only 1 large chips and they said 2 regular equals a large which is a complete lie if ive ever heard one. Would NOT come here again by choice.

The way they pack to customers are atrocious compared to other KFCsβ I have been to (refer to image). No tissues were provided along with the order but also provided us with the wrong drink. We ordered three regular chips and they, instead, packed us a large and a portion of fries, explaining that they equal three. When we asked to separate it in order to share amongst my family, they only gave us bags and told us to share ourselves. This isnβt how you serve customers. Honestly an inexcusable service from this place and I expected better.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and had to go inside the store as it was taking a while. They gave us what we ordered but the wicked wing was not what itβs supposed to look like seems like they used the original recipe instead.

I was quite disappointed with my recent KFC order. The chicken I received was unfortunately overcooked and tasted burnt. The coating was dry and hard, lacking the usual crispiness and flavor that KFC is known for.
On top of that, the portion sizes were not up to standard. One small drumstick and a poorly cooked piece that was mostly crust with very little meat. For the price paid, I expected fresh, properly cooked chicken, not food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting for too long.
I usually enjoy KFC, but this experience was very unsatisfactory. I hope more care can be taken in preparing and serving food so that customers receive the quality that KFC promises.

order through uber eats. Short review. Wrong order delivered was not the drivers fault but KFC who did not lable both bags and so the driver wouldn't know which bag goes where after slow service.
Called KFC there customer service was atrocious telling me they labelled my bag which I said I would be happy to post photo to prove they didn't even thou she was adamant. I was also told just to call uber eats and they will refund. Well i didnt want a refund i wanted the dinner i order fo my family. From start of order to receiving my order 1hr total.
Quality of food was disappointing, chips were dark looked old and obviously cold soggy chicken.
All KFC said its not their fault.
