I had an amazing experience at KFC Manor Lakes, and I genuinely felt it deserved a detailed review.
From the moment I placed my order, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient. They handled everything with a smile and made sure the order was accurate, which is something you don’t always see during busy hours. Even with a steady flow of customers, the team stayed calm and well-organised.
The food quality was outstanding — fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the sides were served fresh and well portioned. Everything tasted exactly the way KFC should, if not better.
What really stood out was the speed of service without compromising quality. The dining area was also clean and well maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience.
A big thumbs up to the entire team at KFC Manor Lakes for maintaining such high standards in both customer service and food quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend this outlet to anyone in the area!

If I can only put negative zero ratings I would, disgusting food the oil was never changed as you can see the chicken was looks burnt but was not. And the store was filthy disgusting smell like pee. I raised my concerns with the head office but was referred to the store manager Ai, talking to her was very unprofessional telling I should not complain with their head office instead I should call them first and keep on saying let’s keep moving forward for on what?, she doesn’t want to listen to what you are saying/complaining and commenting that this is only one way conversation isn’t this is the job of complaint manager to listen to your customers feedback?And she threatening me that she will hang up on me and she will report me on to her area manager for what that I’m not listening to what she wants me to do and the reality of her store was filthy disgusting and claiming I’m the first one who complained about their chicken when I opened your page I’m not the only one had bad experience and leaving bad reviews about the quality and how filthy the store is! .

Saturday 3rd January evening 7pm ordered 3 different meals for teenagers the food was burnt repurposed the boys decided to do a takeaway instead of eat in store assuming they would get fast service since they were hungry but charged their mind to eat in store the packaging was large the food was miniature size the chicken tender was smaller than the teens pinky figure and burger smaller than the size of his little palm honestly it was a bad experience for all of us a ripoff, even when there is so much potential to get walk ins from Eagle stadium, please take feedback and make changes for yourself and the ones who dine with you.

This was the shittest chips ever for miles around. Purchased this on 26/12 for the kids dinner while we were at a Christmas party. Half full, stale and cold. Whole thing went in the bin. Would rate it as 0 star if I could. Even frozen chips would taste better than this@KFC
