We ordered a wrap for $14, but the potato hash brown inside was very hard. I reported this to the staff and they did exchange it, however the replacement also looked and tasted like an old (possibly yesterday’s) hash brown.
I also noticed that they were trying to use up all the hash browns left in the container. Preparation took quite a long time, and overall the customer service was not great.
Sorry team, but the service and food quality were disappointing on this visit.

They have very friendly and responsible staff. Once I forgot my phone on the table and didn't realize it for about half an hour. When I went back to look for it, I found that the staff had already collected it and put it in a safe place. This touched me deeply, they are a lovely and trustworthy group of people.

Staff were very rude. Repeated my order like six times very clearly because the person in drive thru didn’t hear. Everything was wrong on the screen so I had to repeat myself again. When we went to pay, she asks if everything was right on the screen. There were two burgers. We ordered icecream. I responded no we ordered the icecream, to which she said “yeh that is the ice cream” with the worst attitude. Went thru to get my ice cream. Staff at window mumbled something we didn’t hear properly and again met with attitude. Left came home to realise that my order was wrong again. We ordered a strawberry sundae with vanilla icecream and got it with chocolate. Who in their right mind orders chocolate with strawberry topping. It was too dark to notice and to be honest looked like vanilla. Very disappointed but also expected coming to epping maccas 😐

I had to wait over 15 minutes for two coffees this morning the Indian female manager refused to acknowledge me after I seen her complete the order on the screen but didnt make the coffees. It was only when I approached a young female at the front counter that I got some acknowledgement of me waiting and apologises for the wait. Once she made the coffees I couldn't find the manager she disappeared completely. I paid 12.70 for two coffees that were luke warm and tasted horrible. Definitely don't recommend coming hereduring the night even on shift work. Service besides that young girl was horrible and disgraceful.
