I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my food. There were around 10 staff members just standing around inside while 15 customers were left waiting outside with no explanation. Not a single employee or manager came out to tell us what was going on. We only got an update after people started getting visibly frustrated. Then I was told they had run out of chicken and my order was changed to boneless chicken.
The boneless chicken I received was absolutely terrible, dry, tough, and insanely salty, like someone had dumped an entire salt shaker on it. It tasted like it had been sitting out for ages. Completely inedible. I had to throw it away. Disgusting! Waste of money and time.

I come to this kfc quite often, most times itβs good and most times itβs bad service, the times when I have cash and have to order at the counter there is always a few workers at the front just standing around doing absolutely noting, there waiting for food to be ready and in that time they are busy talking to each other instead of serving me who is just waiting there patiently. Teach your workers to stop standing around talking and actually serve customers

When I knew there was a new KFC opening here I had high hopes. Living just up the road from here it was a pain in the backside having to go all the way to the Doncaster store when the previous Box Hill store closed like 10 yrs ago. A store opened up in Balwyn but my experience with was not good since they burned the chicken. It seems like for some reason the quality of the chicken in these pop-up stores is not as good as the standalone stores. The coating just doesn't taste quite right like they haven't got the balance of herbs and spices correct. The chips were almost cold too. It was also disappointing that there are no proper seats to sit on just a few tall stools. I will probably go back to going to the Doncaster store but it does get extremely busy which put me off.

Blue-haired manager is dishonest and deceptive. He has no respect for his customers. Ordered (paid for) 8 Tenders but they had only 2 ready. I was told I could wait 5-6 minutes for more to cook. I said fine, I'll wait. About 3-4 minutes later my name was called as my order was apparently ready. Highly suspicious of how my order could be ready so soon I opened the box to check and sure enough they had just put 8 wings in the box and tried to trick me with a switch. Very disrespectful. This highlights the contempt that they have for their customers. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS STORE. They are shifty and dishonest.

I have been trying to contact this store, again and again and again. And I have waited for someone to call me back as I was promised twice now in-between talking to other staff members that to be quite honest sounded like they couldn't care less or had no idea what to do with the matter.
First of all why do the staff sound so lethargic when it comes to answering a phone and then taking some issues at hand with a order like I should be greatfull that they are giving me there time of day ? Worst attitudes, and most staff answer the phone by saying "Hello" almost like they were answering a call to a friend? Did I even call KFC ?
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME BACK. My order was wrong. The products looked dry and cold. Not to mention the size of the chicken pieces. Colsaw was open with no lid. Chips ... what chips? I was lucky if there was a quarter in there. I'm more then happy to upload photos ? But this is now my last shot of reaching out before I may have to take it to the next relevant parties. I will wait "again". Please contact me. I truly worry for this type of attitude from staff members.
