Just terrible. We ordered food from uber eats, paying $90 dollars for our meal and only receiving 6/10 nuggets. We got $2.50 compensation which does not cover the terrible cold food we received, we were barely able to eat any of it.

We often go to Greensborough Plaza and when we do, we always visit McDonald’s Greensborough. We’ve been coming here for a very long time. Now this is one of our favourite stores. Here, the crew offer fantastic customer service - they are welcoming, friendly, helpful and super efficient. Sometimes we order something to eat and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. But we mainly come to this store for the coffee. It is exceptionally good coffee. Hot, frothy, smooth, creamy and flavoursome - you simply must give it a try if you haven’t done so already. This store is just awesome. They really give it their all. Thanks guys.

A hamburger patty half the usual thickness and watery Coke, perfect for my diet. With the quality dropping day by day, this time they’ve truly outdone themselves.

Drive-thru order at early evening time. Not too busy but still a looooooong wait.
NO straws for drinks (4)
NO napkins
NO nugget sauces
Fries barely warm and nowhere nearly full.
Pickles...YES 4 in one burger and 5 in another. Supposed to be two in each.
Disappointing at best.

I have been to this store on almost a dozen times after relocating to the area from regional Vic. Worst store I have ever been too. Staff are either rude or have the “I can’t be bothered being at work today attitude which they willingly express to customers via poor service and attitude. And the food, esp the fries ARE ALWAYS COLD AND NEED TO BE RETURNED FOR FRESH. Better off to skip this store or travel and extra 5 mins to a neighbouring store
