I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. First of all, the large fries portion was shockingly small. It didn’t look like a large at all—honestly, it wasn’t even close to a small portion. This is far below the standard I expect.
On top of that, they didn’t include a straw or any napkins. These are the most basic items that should always be provided, yet they were completely missing. It really makes me feel like the store has no sense of basic service standards or professionalism.
Paying full price and receiving this level of service is extremely frustrating. I hope the store takes this seriously and improves their quality and attention to detail.😤😤😤

I normally drive from Clyde to Cranbourne to avoid this maccas, thought I'd give it a chance after ages of not going there and it was really disappointing once again. Ordered a tomato & cheese toastie and was given ham (I don't eat meat), and my banana bread wasn't even properly toasted

The staff tried to make us wait for an hour in drive through while they did a system reset. We were eventually told to order inside instead of waiting in the drive through. The burgers were average at best. The nuggets had definitely been sitting for at least a couple hours. They were completely inedible. My dog even turned her nose up at it, and wouldn’t eat them and she’s essentially a living garbage disposal 😭😭

Brought a Big Mac Meal and upon opening the box it was missing the top Bun and looked to have been dropped and placed in the box .
Spoke in person with manager and he offered me 2 $10 Vouchers and apologised
This is an absolute joke and needs to take accountability for serving food that way

I was the only customer who had ordered food and was really happy that my order would soon be ready so I could make good use of my lunch break. After waiting for a long time, I went and asked them what had happened to my order, as I had been waiting for quite a while. The girl working there said, “Oh, sorry, I just got back from my break and didn’t see your order.” I said, “That’s great, please just give me my money back so I can leave.” The manager came over, and I’m sure they had no idea what they were doing because, even after several minutes, they still couldn’t operate the machine. I left the store without getting my money back because my entire lunch break had been wasted. Extremely disorganized, with an endless parade of irresponsible staff — it would be great if the head office could address this matter. It’s nothing but disappointing.
