Disappointing experience due to poor order management.
When we arrived to collect our order, we were told that our entire order had already been taken by another customer, as staff did not verify order numbers or names properly. We then had to wait while the order was remade.
We were in a rush to pick up our child from school, so we took the food and left. When we got home, we realised that several items were still missing from the meal deal.
Staff offered a large fries as compensation, which we appreciate. However, the issue was not about compensation — we simply wanted the items we ordered to be prepared correctly and handed to the right customer, on time and complete.
Better pickup verification and order checking would prevent situations like this from happening.

I visited the drive-thru today (December 11th, around 3:36 PM) and experienced the most unpleasant KFC service I have ever encountered.
While I understand that the store may have been busy, the employee handling the drive-thru orders was extremely rude and impatient. It is unacceptable for an employee to yell at customers under any circumstances. Taking and verifying orders is a basic part of their job.
I strongly request that management implement proper customer service training to ensure staff meets your company's service standards. Please focus on staff education so that customers do not have to endure such unpleasant experiences. Thank you.

Today around 1300hrs, I used the drive thru for the first time ordering children’s meals and were extremely impressed with how helpful the young woman was. Then trying to read the burger menu I got overwhelmed and she was so good telling me not to worry.

I have ordered twice from this place, about 6 months apart and my experience was pretty much the same. Ordered the zinger box. When I say the chicken is oily, man it is like oily, as if they cooked it, then proceeded to dip it in oil then gave to the customer. I understand that the food will be oily especially with how it’s cooked but I honestly don’t understand how you people get it so much more oilier than any other KFC. If that’s what you measure success on, you must be killing it. Other than the service was fine, nothing to write home about but it was a kfc drive through, can’t expect much.
