I rarely leave reviews, but after repeated issues, I feel it’s necessary. A couple of weeks ago, I visited this McDonald’s with my family and our order was completely wrong. We ordered the bundle for 6, yet the 20 nuggets were missing, two burgers were missing, and two drinks were half full. After going back and ordering the missing items, we then had to wait over an hour to receive them. Unfortunately, tonight was no better. Using the drive-through, two drinks, three burgers, and two fries were missing from our order. We had no choice but to return via Uber, costing us an additional $20 just to get the food we had already paid for. To make matters worse, the supervisor on shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we politely said, “Next time can you please make sure we get the correct order,” his response was, “I didn’t pack your order,” before walking away. No apology, no accountability, no attempt to resolve the situation. On top of all this, the store itself was filthy — food all over the floor, sticky surfaces, and generally unhygienic conditions. I understand staff shortages happen, but ongoing incorrect orders, long waits, rude management, and poor cleanliness are unacceptable, especially from a large global company like McDonald’s. This has been a consistently bad experience, and I will not be returning.
