Maxi popcorn chicken is getting smaller or this is medium one not sure, but i order maxi one. Look at the photos compared with a small chips , it’s not that much difference, and even the package was not full as you see in photo, just taken in front of kfc tarneit So it was like a small chips size , made a complaint on the app with details but they didn’t give a shit about.

Was the worst meal I have had, and I sent through a complaint with photos yet recived a drink voucher only. I ordered a gravey and instead recived potato and gravey, the wrap paper was ripped and the wrap looked like it was thrown in, they actually squashed 6 rolls into a small bag, why not put in a box? The chips were cold and was the worst experience ever and I live 2 minutes away so the meal should not be cold. This is the second time I had a dissapointed experience there so will definitely not be back. Very dissapointed KFC and a drink voucher and no follow up appologies not good enough.

I picked up an online order through the drive-through at around 10:30 pm, and the staff member who assisted me was extremely rude. Instead of being polite or helpful, she told me, “Next time order half an hour earlier to get your order,” in a very arrogant and dismissive manner. There were no manners at all, and the attitude was completely unnecessary, especially since I followed the proper process by ordering online for drive-through pickup. Customer service like this leaves a very poor impression. I hope management addresses this, as customers deserve basic respect.

A Message of Frustration to Management Regarding Delivery Orders I am not new to picking up orders, and I know how the system works. I have picked up many orders from this restaurant before. However, the wait time I experienced on this specific occasion is why I am writing this complaint. I am very frustrated because I feel like the staff and management don't care about wasting the delivery driver's time. My main points are: • Waiting Times are Too Long: It is unacceptable for me to wait 20 minutes or more for an order. • The Double Standard: Why do drive-thru customers get their food in 2-5 minutes, but delivery drivers have to wait much longer for the same food? • It Costs Me Money: You get paid even when I wait, but I don't get paid for those 20+ minutes of waiting. This is wasting my time and my money. My Request: Please, as management, do not accept delivery orders if your staff cannot have the food ready within a reasonable, short amount of time. Stop wasting the time of delivery drivers. Please don’t send a templated answer. I know you won’t change, but at least try to realize.
