My experience here has been amazing. Everytime i come here, the foods great, and there’s amazing customer service. There was this one lady that saw me sitting outside with my cat trying to eat, and she offered her cat carrier from her car, it was a beautiful act of kindness. I don’t know her name, but she looked pretty young and had a strawberry keychain on her car keys, i want her to get recognised for her kindness.

I don’t know who was making burritos on Sunday night. But this was atrocious. The effort put into this slip is abysmal. I’ve eaten GYG in every state in Australia. This was by far the worst thing I have received. Not too mention sitting in an empty drive through for 12 minutes waiting for them to even take my order.
The image is suppose to be a brisket beef burrito. It was dripping wet and a soggy mess. Appalling from this GYG restaurant. Not acceptable.

Have been my worse experience with GYG for second time. I ordered a burrito paid around 15$ and got it leaking with liquid like it was dipped in water before serving, tho I didn’t even take it out of the wrap. I went to the counter and a teen-aged boy talked to me. I told him that I understand, the restaurant is busy but this is not what I expect my order to be like. And he replied in his very arrogant tone it is the way it is supposed to be. I asked him his name but he again rudely replied that I am not supposed to tell you my name. There’s nothing wrong with it. I took it back and opened it fully. It got my hands wet and then I again went to the desk with my friend and he asked loudly that who’s the manager here?. A different guy without mentioning his name, addressing himself as manager came in-front and he accepted that the burrito was not in a way it was supposed to be. I just wanted an apology for that teenager not being kind and talking disrespectfully but the person who addressed himself as manager defended him and there was no rationalisation or shame on this. I didn’t take any replacement or my money back just because their attitude towards customer was hostile. Sorry to the business manager/owner but a shame on your staff and management, no name-tags, no justifications, just taking customer-service as a joke. The baddest management ever seen in a franchise.

Really enjoyed the food and restaurant, as it's nice and new it was well presented and clean. AC is on when it's hot, outdoor seating for when you want fresh air. Taco shells are seasoned and the meat cooked to perfection. Not a bad spot for takeaway or dine in and has a drive through. Pop in you'll be happy

Ordered through delivery, received my order and honestly I’ve never been so disappointed. I’m not sure how this is guac, it was a half of avacado that’s brown and rock solid I couldn’t even eat it. Not to mention half way through eating I find a long black hair tangled in my food. On top of that my meat was so fatty i had to throw half of it out. I wasn’t able to get a refund either, $30 down the drain I couldn’t even eat it.
