Domino's Pizza Narre WArren

Pizza is always tasty, cooked quickly and great value. My son is fed and happy $8 for a cheese pizza.

I had a great experience at Domino’s Narre Warren. The manager, Sahan, was exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding customer service. He took my order with care and made a delicious pizza. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the visit even better. I highly recommend Domino’s Narre Warren for both quality food and excellent service.

Hi everyone, watch out for this store , I had a very disappointing experience with Domino's at Fountain Gate. I ordered a pizza and found that plastic had been cooked with it. I called the store, and although they offered to make a new pizza, I didn’t want another one. I asked for a refund instead, and it's been five days with no response or apology from the store. This is unacceptable, and I won't be ordering from here again. Thanks

I hate giving bad reviews but every single time we order there is something wrong. I’m not sure what happened to the chips, driver got hungry maybe. But are you kidding me. Look the pizzas weren’t bad, all extrras and chicken was cold. You spend nearly $100 bucks on food you expect hot food and an enjoyable experience. Narre warren is probably the worst so don’t go holding huge expectations and when you want to complain they don’t answer the phone.

Live tracker does not match up with where they are at in store. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They ignore you at the counter. We ordered a pizza tonight and it took them almost 5 minutes to acknowledge my partner who was standing at the counter, right in front of a worker who just ignored him. They also forgot to give us the drink with the order and only gave it to us once my parter prompted for it. Multiple people waiting in store tonight, all very angry. Communication was horrible. No apologies. Nothing. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and there was about 8 small pieces of pineapple on one half of the pizza and none on the other. Really disappointing because we have been going here for years. Not sure if the owners have changed but whatever has happened, I don’t think we will be going back now.
