The customer service was extremely disappointing. The cashier insisted that I couldn’t use both the Everyday Rewards and NRMA offers together, despite the terms and conditions clearly stating they can be combined. If he wasn’t familiar with the rules, he shouldn’t have argued with customers so aggressively. Respect and trust should be given to those who have previously used the discounts correctly. Will be escalating the issue with Ampol Support team to take action accordingly.

A bad day, the Ampol Foodary staff (women) accused me of stealing the firewood ordered by the customer, and the customer did not want to meet me because of the slow delivery (Im trying to argue with staff that im not stealing firewood more than ordered). I don't know what's wrong with this rude women staff, I'm just excited to start work today but suddenly I'm accused of being a thief. To Doordash/Ampol, If you don't want dashers/driver to make the mistake of picking up items ordered by customers, please change the existing policy so that the merchant staff prepares the items until they are ready, instead of asking dashers/drivers to do so. Merchant will accuse dashier of stealing if mistaken. But in my case, Im very confident I did the right thing, but the merchant staff accused me of stealing their stuff (maybe because im not really white), and other customer surrounding me including cctv wacthed me as a bad guy. It endangers the dasher's life. The question is, are you really concerned? OBNOXIOUS

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Arthul I am not sure of the exact name. who was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. I came to fill fuel ⛽️ in my car around 9:20 pm on Monday 17/06/2024. The Store door was closed to walk in. I went to the window to pay and I asked him politely did you closed early tonight and he replied to me “what’s the problem?” He was so aggressive. This is not the way to reply to customers who ask if your store is open or closed. I know some stores are closed to walk-in for safety reasons. when I asked him why he was so rude. He blamed me and then I told him I was gonna write a review and why was he so rude & again he replied aggressively that he didn’t care about the review. I have been your regular customer for a long time and I know other employees as well and they are so nice to the customers and always really helpful. He was rude to me last time but I didn’t put any review because he was very busy at that time with other things. So I thought he must have had a long day and just thought not to write a review. Overall, this experience has left me reluctant to return and I hope that management will take the necessary steps to improve their customer service.

Staff are rude and offensive to customer. She charged me extra 15 bucks and unreasonably refused to refund. After I asked for refund the overcharged amount, she started blaming me of making her mix up the number of fuel machine and still refusing to refund. This is my first time I've been is this petrol station experiencing a very unpleasant service, I will never come back. Another petrol station Shell opposite this road has friendly staff, so much more better than this place.

Staff are belligerent and incompetent. Promotion was out of date but refused to accept it. I said it is good policy to provide the promotion. She just remained quiet and said these are the new ones and showed an business print out. I said you better remove it then she said no my manager is on holiday and I can't. Cancelled the coffee and just paid for petrol. Dodgy place
