I am a Rewards Club member, and unfortunately this is the worst management experience I’ve had. The manager was rude to customers, and I also witnessed him speaking rudely to his own staff in front of others. This behaviour was unprofessional and disappointing. I believe he would benefit from additional customer service training.

Rude Staff at the petrol station I asked them to get me the cash out which is fine. He could have told me that we can only get $50 cash out but while telling it he told me there’s a ATM there you can use it before I could actually say that that okay give me 50 but that too so rudely I don’t know what sort of attitude he was showing me up and I don’t know why are they so adamant to show this attitude to someone who is Asian.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This BP is hands down the best servo I’ve ever been to. The service here is top-notch, way above the usual, and even the coffee is spot on. I fill up here all the time, grab a coffee, duck into the loo – it’s become my go-to stop because the staff make it such a good experience every single time. The crew here really know what customer service means. Raj is amazing – one time a new staff member made my coffee with regular milk (I’m allergic), but Raj noticed straight away, grabbed it back, and made me a fresh soy coffee before I’d even realised. If it wasn’t for him, I could’ve been in real strife. He’s not only quick to notice details he also remembers his regular customers and their special needs. That’s a seriously high level of service you don’t often see. Every interaction with him shows his care and Absolute legend – thank you, Raj! Bazz was the first staff member I met here when I started coming, and his service has always been spot on. He’s got a great sense of humour, and his smile honestly brightens up my day whenever I see him. he even gives helpful little tips about life and food while serving. His service is simply top-notch, and his smile always makes my day brighter. Richy is another legend on the team. He takes his job seriously but always stays calm and respectful, even under pressure. I once saw a customer giving him a really hard time, trying every way to pick on him. Richy kept his cool, explained things patiently until the customer finally settled down. In the end, the customer still wasn’t happy and pushed some coins back at Richy saying, “I don’t need the money, I just want to know why!” Richy simply slid the coins back with a gentle smile and said, “For what? It’s your money.” Such patience, kindness, and wisdom – big respect to you, Richy! And Raghav – what a hard worker. You’ll spot him almost every time you come in, always smiling no matter how busy it gets. He doesn’t say much, but his effort speaks louder than words. Most times he even keeps an eye on my coffee while I duck into the loo. I’ve got endless gratitude for his attitude and service – a true role model. There’s also a lovely lady on the team who once popped a little stopper in my coffee lid to keep it warm while I ducked off to the loo – such a thoughtful touch. Another time, one of the male staff did the same thing for me when I’d bought two medium lattes. That small act of care left a big impression – he’s got such natural kindness and real service quality in his bones. With that attitude, his future is limitless! And I can’t forget the young trainee with the curly hair. From day one, he was friendly, kind, and so dedicated. He once enthusiastically offered me the coffee-and-sandwich combo deal – honestly, I wasn’t planning to buy it, but seeing his passion and effort as a newcomer, I bought it anyway. Now he’s grown into the role and can handle things on his own. Couldn’t be prouder to see his progress! There’s also a wonderful lady I don’t see as often, but her customer service awareness is outstanding. She always thinks of the customer while following the servo’s promotion rules. One night, there was a deal where if you filled up a certain amount, you could buy two bottles of water at the best price. I was low on cash before payday and very thirsty – if I’d had to buy expensive water, I wouldn’t have had enough left for breakfast the next day. Thanks to her kindness and thoughtful service, I went home with water that night and could still afford breakfast in the morning. That moment of care meant the world to me – thank you! 🙏 And I’ve got to mention the young lady who’s often on the coffee machine – she’s just lovely. Always friendly, always greets me by name like an old friend, and makes the best coffees with incredible speed and skill. Her warm service honestly makes my day. All up, the staff here are a cut above the rest – professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Tried getting a drink which clearly had a sign for special, but when scanning it was original price. Mentioned to the rude staff and even though he could clearly see the sign for the special said now he has to investigate. Morning rush we don’t have time to wait while he investigates. The staff was extremely rude. It’s shocking to see you have people like this representing BP. I will not be going there again and strongly warn others check before you pay.
