Tried to order at the counter, there were around 10+ staff in the food prep area that just totally ignored the customer that is standing right at the front, waiting for a good 10 mins. I understand that it might be peak dinner hour so I waited. A couple of the staff was just chatting across the front counter but no one acknowledged. Then when I asked if there's anyone taking orders, they still mostly just ignored. So after 15 mins of waiting, I just walked away hungry. This is not the first time I have tried to order from this branch and for the past few times, the service is so atrocious that I'm not going here any longer since you don't need extra hungry customers to visit as you are "busy"

I’ve been a loyal Guzman y Gomez customer for years and usually cannot fault them, but my recent experience left me genuinely frustrated. I ordered a Quesadilla Plus, expecting the guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream that make it worth the upgrade, only to get home and find I’d been given the standard quesadilla with none of those extras. Not only did this completely change the meal I was looking forward to, but it also felt careless and unworthy of the premium price I paid. As someone who has always trusted GYG for quality and accuracy, it was deeply disappointing to have such a basic part of the order overlooked.

Went for the first time not knowing what to expect. It was insanely busy
Loads of parking. Didn’t want to try the drive through as the queue was insane.
The staff were excellent. Very helpful with helping us order and the place was relatively clean.
The food came out quickly. I got the chicken cali spicy which was really really nice. It was quite big so I don’t think I’d get the chips next time as it has chips in it. My wife got a beef burrito which she liked but said was not as nice as the chicken.
Will be going back for sure

Came in for some Nachos and decided to upgrade to a meal which includes fries as I've done many times in the past. Automatically received fries with Chipotle seasoning which I don't like and was never asked if I wanted that. Assuming people are aware and want that seems very presumptuous and when I mentioned it, all I got was a "sorry about that". Made the whole experience terrible.

Dosn't listen to my order. Repeated my order as a meal automatically and I had to correct her. Every time I go there, they always upgrade it to a meal and this pisses me off. If I wanted my order as a meal I would have ordered it from the beginning. And the upgrade is also not worth it for the extra money. I never want to be asked if I want my order in a meal. It's like saying, what you ordered and what you want is not valid, we are not listening to you, you and your business are not important to us. We only focused on upgrades that make us more money.
