This is my local Macca's and before this experience they have been pretty good. I ordered on the app on the 20th of November and after biting into my big Mac I noticed there was a bug of some kind. I believe it's a earwig and i would of taken the meal back but I drove back to work to eat this as it was my lunch break and only had 30 minutes. I messaged McDonalds customer support and addressed it and really just wanted a refund on the order as it was pretty disgusting. All they said was sorry it happen, next time we will do better. I have emailed a few more times and just been ignored. I was talking to a manager called Nicholas. I just wanted a refund as the thought of a earwig/Bug in the meal is a big turn off and I couldn't eat the meal. Please tell me if this is a unreasonable request?

Ordered a ham cheese tomato toastie, received a cheese and tomato toastie instead, complained and with out any apology they made a new one but this time no cheese and burnt to a crisp with hardly any filling and handed it to me with a wide smile knowing that it was still incorrect and wished me a nice day with a laugh.
This is at least the 10th time they have messed up my order, the last time for me and I live only two minutes away and will go elsewhere.
Si be warned because they either don’t get the change right, don’t get the order right and don’t like to be corrected and the manager of the day couldn’t care less

My son and l were traveling through this area and decided to have breakfast at Macca's, we both had egg and bacon rolls, with orange juice which we both enjoyed a great deal

Today I came in and ordered 3 hashbrowns and a coke. Asked for FRESH HOT hash browns (prepared to wait).
Got to the window to pay, gave the girl $52.85. My order was $12.85.
She entered$50.00 cash & no extra coins $2.85. She seemed confused when I TOLD her that I gave her $52.85 & my change should be $40.00. Isn't there a cash register that can 'calculate' the change?, because obviously she couldn't do the maths in her head.👨🏫👩🏫🧮🤔❓️
Also, when I picked up my order I had asked twice for HOT hash browns $8.85 - they were NOT hot. I could have pulled into the parking bay, but again too much to ask for. The server insisted they were hot. Didn't enjoy biting into the 1st one, threw out the rest.
Seriously, the service at this site has drastically deteriorated.
Won't be going back, not that this store cares, going by all the really BAD reviews.🤦♀️🤦♀️
My advice, if you don't want to serve people or work somewhere, don't. The customers pay for sloppy service.
Will be going to Hungry Jack's now. Too many other food choices around.

Person I spoke to on the phone was nice even though they couldn’t really help me.
There’s literally plastic in the burger and i don’t even know what that all is on top it looks like I’ve received a full onion on a burger that I requested no pickles or onions.
I also didn’t receive the chicken burger I ordered and the medium fry’s were missing
