Pathetically slow.
I went through drive thru. I had placed my order before and selected the 'start cooking' button 4 minutes prior to my order of the family feast. At the drive through I was asked to park on the street and it'll be just a few minutes, to which I would be compensated with more food. Waited a good 15 minutes then decided to head in store. Waited another 5 and asked where my food was to which I was assured. Another good 10nkinutes later I was fuming and had to bring it to the young workers attention that I was not happy with their service and I again to where my food was. Had to make it known to them that the service isn't of an acceptable quality and they will be allotted an additional 2 minutes when told that my order will be out "soon".
My 'fast-food' order took the better half of 30 minutes.
It seems they prioritise delivery orders, forgeting the ones placed prior. All I saw was idle busywork with no substance. I was either met with apathy from one team member, apologies from another, and promises that wasn't delivered on. I implore this franchise to invest in more adults who can delegate and actually get the ball rolling here.
I've had issues with this particular chain for a few years now and this was me giving them yet another chance after the last ordeal 5 or so years back.
Sufficed to say I wouldn't be back to these guys soon.

Least they’re consistent- consistently bad
I gave them one last chance today and have sad looking tiny tenders and soggy half cooked chips with no salt
Last bad order was a few weeks ago - same issue. Emailed kfc from website who came back blaming uber eats - zero issue with uber eats the problem is with this outlet

Wanted to try the new Bánh Mì. Sadly was sold scraps. Clearly the staff and management have no care.

Haven’t eaten but seriously. The toilet is a disgrace. The eating area the same. A bunch of kids working and whoever is running the show should be terminated.
Out of respect I didn’t take a photo of the toilet but let me tell you, it sees a mop once a day.
It’s easier to put up “caution wet floor signs”
Having pride is it hard.

I had quite a disappointing experience here.
Early this September, I placed a pick-up order for 8 chicken tenders and had to wait 16–17 minutes and asking the staffs several times about the wait time that’s quite long (ordered earlier through the app), even though I saw many customers after me get served before me. This made me miss two trams and arrive late for my appointment.
When I finally got my order, the chicken tenders were soggy, oily, clumped together, and some had the coating missing. Inside they were dry and rubbery, and overly salty. Even the complimentary chips I was given as an apology were soggy.
I emailed the store explaining what happened, and to their credit, they replied promptly and offered me either a replacement or a $20 credit, which I replied saying I’d prefer the credit. After that, there was no follow-up and no resolution. I even emailed again a week later and never got a response.
It’s not just the poor food quality but also the lack of follow-through on their promise that left me disappointed. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both quality control and customer service.
