Do not bother spending your money here at all, they forget simply extras such as sauces that you pay extra for when you order a small simple meal that is not only over cooked and arrives cold …not to mention over priced for a small portion. staff seem to have an I don’t care attitude if you call and ask about missing items you paid for. I wasn’t surprised when I saw the other reviews just before posting my own. Get your act together guys . Respectfully you need to improve your service.

The food was ok, fries were cold.
Playground is disgusting, rubbish, everywhere, equipment is dirty . I wouldn’t be surprised if my children got sick. Would not recommend

The worst service I’ve ever received. Tegan was the manager, and she wouldn’t provide the name of the customer service representative that served me. I would suggest the store manager review the camera footage from my visit at approx 9am this morning through drive through. I ordered a babycino and a picolo. I drove up to the counter to receive my drinks and was handed one drink only, I asked if it was the babycino or the picolo, I was told something along the lines of “this is it”. I explained that there should be two drinks, a babycino and a piccolo. To which the customer service rep said “stop screaming at me”. At no point was I even rude nor even raised my voice a notch, please review the footage. When Tegan came to sort out the issue, she seemed to understand that a piccolo and a babycino were two different drinks. I suggested a deep dive into customer service skills for her employee, and advised I would be giving feedback to the store but Tegan could not provide contact details for me to lodge feedback. I did not at any point receive an apology for the poor customer service, or anything else for that matter. Please hire people who are willing to provide the customer service expected at a McDonald’s store.

Ordered through drive tru and handed me the wrong order then gave me back the same burger just putting an extra patty surely with hands the manager itself , such a shame and disgusting!

I recently placed an order for a large Quarter Pounder meal, and while I appreciated the prompt preparation, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The burger patty I received was completely red on the inside and inedible. As a result, I was unable to finish my meal and felt unwell afterwards.
Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of customer service during collection. The food was handed out without any communication or courtesy, and the interaction lacked the professionalism and friendliness I have come to expect.
The only positive aspect of my order was the bottled water, which is quite concerning given the circumstances. I strongly believe that improvements are needed both in food quality control and in customer service to ensure a better experience in future.
