Feedback for the Veldpice team: Please consider making your return/refund policies more visible on the order page to prevent misunderstandings. While most of my orders have been good experience. I had twice bad spoilt rotten rasmalai deliveries. I was ok the first time as it was spoilt but only $7-$8 for 200 gm i ignored dint ask for refund. Now second time its around $20 for 1 kg spoilt rotten rasmalai so I cant ignore. Not sure how Australian food safety authorities are letting you do this. I might have to warn others for their health safety. I ordered over thousands of dollars of groceries with you and you are adamant to do a $20 refund. - update: they refunded and im happy now. Thank you for taking responsibility. And because of that help to me as a customer im continuing to order hundreds of dollars of groceries every week or fortnight almost. Thanks again.

I am from Queensland. I have ordered an oil which is RS KRISHNA BRAND listed on their website, but they sent a different which KAILASH BRAND. I will notify the manufacturing company about this type of misusing the brand name and selling different one. The right side picture is listed on their website, and the left one is what I received. Their response is rude and unprofessional when I tried to call and ask for the reason. Please avoid this shop while ordering online. Waste of money and shipping cost. Need to throw this in dust bin

Massive indian grocery store, has everything you need and great prices. On certain days they might have a discount on bulk items. Good service, clean and would recommend.
