Have been going to MKS Dandenong for a while, the food is good but lately the serving of the food from different staff members has been very inconsistent. Most time now the tray is half full and when I buy the fried chicken all we got was a miserly 2 small pieces. I have seen other staff members serve others and their containers are full as they should be. If their serves donβt improve I will be looking else where. Very disappointed

The selection of vegetables and spices is impressive, and the snack section is a foodie's paradise. From savory chips to sweet treats, there's something to satisfy every craving.
Unfortunately, the staff at the snack stall could benefit from some additional customer service training. While the products are excellent, a friendly and welcoming demeanor would enhance the overall shopping experience. It would also be encouraging to see the store invest in fair wages for its employees.
Otherwise, i would have given them five stars.

Long time customer, normally quite happy with the hot food selections. They normally have boxes of food from lunch or dinner at reduced prices. This is the remaining food from the bainmarie when a fresh lot has been replenished.
Previously it would be 3/4 to half a box for say any vegetarian or meat items - 3 for $12 or 2 boxes $5. More recently it has become 2 boxes for $10 not differentiating meat or vegetables.
Since Friday, MKS Dandenong has started selling 2 boxes of vegetables for $9. Any meat item 2 boxes for $10. The sad thing is the portions for any of these boxes have also become minuscule!
So now they differentiate veg and non veg, increased prices and reduced the quantity! How's that for making maximum profit?? Shame on you MKS!!

I have been a regular client for the last 2 years and note that recently my serves are smaller in quantity compared to other clients being served. I hope that this is not a direction given by management or that the staff serving me is being unfair. On my next visit if this is a repetition I will not be returning and definitely will not recommend as I have over the last 2 years. Very disappointed.
