We ordered take-away happy meal in the store machine. Kids are so excited to have the books or the toys. It said the toys are out of stock but notebooks are available. We are fine with it so proceeded with the order. However when we got back home, we found out there were no notebooks in the pack. I went back to ask for the notebooks as the kids were obviously really disappointed when they saw there were no books.
The staff only said the store has run out of stocks for the toys and notebooks. I said we knew the toys are running out of stocks when we ordered we saw the notebooks were available. The staff then said they didn’t update the order machine and it wasn’t updated, but in reality they didn’t have any available. They didn’t offer anything as a good gesture as well, so I have to leave with even more disappointment.
They clearly forgot how important it is to deliver what is promised to have in the package. When they fail to deliver, they just said sorry there was a mistake in the machine…
They also forgot how important for kids to have what has been promised. I saw no care or sincere apology for their mistakes.
I even checked again when I left the store and it still says they have the notebooks available in the happy meal.

I visited McDonald's on a weekday evening, and even though the store wasn't busy, they couldn't make a proper burger. The sauce and lettuce were all on one side and fell off immediately when I tried to eat it. It was a mess, as you can see from the pictures. I went to the counter to get it replaced, and while they did replace it, they asked if I wanted a new one or just to fix the existing one. On the positive side, the location has ample parking space and is kept clean. Overall, not the best experience with the food, but at least the staff was willing to correct the issue.

It's so hard to eat my deconstructed toastie. I know chucking it straight into the paper bag saves you money but a wrapper would have been helpful for the customers!

Very early in the morning ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffin and a coffee and I stressed to the assistant manager (tag on his shirt) to have extra salt and pepper, he said not a problem. When received the order I check for salt and pepper but there was none. Turned back asked him there was no salt and pepper the rat said he ran out!

I went here to get the grinch meal. I used the app as they prompt you to do so. I ordered it with a shake for an extra $1.35, I went to this McDonalds in particularly as others in the area had put on the app that their shake machine wasn’t working. No worries, I got there and was told they weren’t doing shakes at this time so I changed to a Coke. When I got to the window I asked for the difference back and was told they couldn’t do the refund and I had to take it up with the app… so I paid for a product they didn’t have and then was told they couldn’t give me the difference?! I got my meal it was meant to be a 10 nugget meal yet only 8 nuggets counted, chips were cold almost stale and my drink wasn’t even full. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
