Just order online on the 09.12.25 pick up the drive thru around 7:01pm and the crew & manager accusing me the we picked up our other like we pick it up already which we just live around the corner we paid for it and blaming us we picked it up which it’s a bad service I never had this experience blind this bad service and no no brained to this kind of customer assistance and I will spread this to my colleagues regarding this matter online order si not accurate and blaming a customer who is respectable and crew and manager no respect at all . Really a bad service and I won’t but this brach again if incase I will raise this concern to the court of this online issue can’t be resolve for the safety of all client buying order online. The way the crew accusing me that this order if not our order really not a good outcome of handling customer service bad reputation. Never ever order here anymore .

Ordered through UE 12/11 and was the best kfer we’ve had from this joint yet!
Whoever packed our meals took the time to place everything nicely and cover with liner to keep heat in! Nothing was missing, added extra of something else to accomodate a missing tender in the box! The chicken was all cooked well, nothing was dry or blown out! Chips salted and food fresh!
Everything was packed in the bag and the bag was wrapped like a present which was kinda awesome, keeps heat in and also makes you feel like it’s Christmas lol
Myself and my partner both agree that KFC hit so good, thanks to the crew on tonight, fave KFC and fave team! We will see you again soon!

I don’t usually write reviews, but KFC has pushed me enough times to do it. Every time they launch some “special offer” like Happy Hours, suddenly the cooking speed drops to snail mode. I ordered just two items—a slider and two hot & crispy pieces. The hot & crispy was packed immediately, I literally saw it happen. But the slider? Took them over 20 minutes to make. For a slider.
And this isn’t a one-off. It’s happened 2–3 times already. Instead of preparing food, the back kitchen team seems more focused on laughing and joking around than actually cooking. Meanwhile, customers are left waiting and wondering if they’ve accidentally ordered a five-course meal instead of a tiny slider.
KFC upper management seriously needs to take a look at this. Because right now, the only thing “fast” about this fast food is how quickly your patience runs out.

Purchased a Zinger box. Got home 2 minutes later to find cips where at best tepid not hot. Same as mini potato and gravy. Then couldn't find the 2 chicken tenders that are supposed to go with the meal. Enjoyed the burger, hot. Then tried ringing to complain about the missing tenders and cold chips and gravy, no answer. Tried 4 times, gave up. Check your orders before you leave, even if you hold up the drive through. Go through all boxes and bags. Holding up the line may just prompt the staff to check that what the customer paid for they got. Very disappointed.

I’ve never had a good experience with this kfc. It was great when they first opened. Nooooow ! Can’t even get good chicken. Seriously. Spent $60 tonight on 2 meals and had no original recipe chicken. It’s 8pm , you close at 11pm. How do I pay for a 3 piece meal and get subbed 3 boneless chicken that were smaller than a wicked wing ? Pooor pooor pooor quality. This KFC needs to do better. There are good workers here definitely but geees, food quality is just as important.
