Came in for a simple coffee, but the staff’s attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. Their tone was curt and dismissive, and the way they handled the interaction felt rude – no eye contact, just rushed and uninterested. The coffee was fine, but I won’t be back because of how awkward it made me feel. BP, train your team better on basic customer service.

Went for an early morning fill up of diesel. All went to plan until the diesel wipes were empty. I checked the 3 dispensers - all empty. When I asked the staff, they said it had been ordered but who knows when they will arrive.
Really interesting that BP has the diesel zone and says they care about their diesel customers, but doesn’t have any wipes.

I was out for a run, and suddenly needed to use a toilet immediately. Thankfully I was right near this BP, and boy did it not disappoint. Impressive and clean bathroom. Cheers

i went to this bp around 11.20p.m on 13/01/2025 to buy something
i knock the door several times,no one came out
after 5 minutes old aussie lady came and ask why😇
then i asked for polietly is there any toilet tissue rolls available in the store
she said get out
i dont know what her problem
she is rude and unprofessional

Was good as it has ad blue additives from the pump. Its very convenient for drivers using this type of fuel.
