The service is so slow, we waited for so long for them to take our orders, and made eye contact several times just to get ignored. The tables, chairs and floor is just littered with food and its very grimy and greasy. It took around 15 minutes for them to get 4 mcflurrys and two cones, and the place wasnt even busy. When we got the food, all the mcflurrys were very underfilled and the chocolate cone had vanilla in it. When we ordered fries, it came very under filled and they were soggy and cold. I am very upset and disappointed with this maccas, it truly ruins the aussie culture.

Every time I order through the app, there’s a mistake. Every single time. And I’ve seen plenty of others complaining about the same thing. At this point, are you doing this on purpose? Because it’s hard to believe otherwise. When I ordered a Big Mac and it came with one patty. When I ordered McWings and you gave me McNuggets. Sauces? Never included. So why even make us choose them if you’re not going to pack them? When I ordered a chicken snack wrap with my meal. Guess what? It didn’t show up. Vanilla shake? Missing too. The burgers that do come are always a mess. Slapped together like someone just tossed the ingredients and wrapped whatever landed.

My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Ginger offered gracious, attentive service, while Harvey impressed with his polished professionalism and keen attention to detail. Overseeing it all was Harvey, the manager, whose composed leadership and dedication to excellence were evident in every aspect of the visit. Together, they created an atmosphere of true refinement and outstanding hospitality.

Waited over 15 minutes for a happy meal and it wasn't a rush hour or busy at this time, also watched customers being ignored when waiting at the counter for service. while there is nothing wrong with talking amongst staff but being able to hear about their personal life and then singing inappropriate songs isn't something customers need to hear
