Such a beautiful cafe… bought a birthday cake here… walked in and only two were left in the window- pear fruit cake and chocolate cake. Bought the pear one and it tasted really good- good combination of sourness and layers of chocolate , not too sweet , perfect for me. Also bought a Lemon Tea Cake and it tasted so good ~ had it for brekkie and dessert with green Tea ~~ beautiful

I had a wonderful experience at Laurent Eastland. The cappuccino was excellent, and the lamb roast was absolutely delicious—full of flavour and cooked perfectly. I would especially like to praise the staff member Tom C, who was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. I was quite indecisive about what to order, but he took the time to explain the options clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. I truly felt respected and well looked after. Great food and outstanding service—I’ll definitely be returning.

The croissants are absolutely divine—flaky, buttery, and fresh out of the oven. Their savory sandwiches are just as impressive, with quality ingredients and great flavor. The coffee? Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced—exactly what you’d hope for in a Melbourne café.
Service is always warm and efficient, and prices are very reasonable considering the high quality and presentation. Laurent strikes that rare balance between fancy and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely patisserie with a great atmosphere and beautifully presented desserts. The croissants were buttery and fresh, and the chai latte was absolutely perfect. Coffee was good too. Service was polite but a little slow during peak hours. Still, a nice spot to treat yourself!

We had a lovely brunch! The cafe's sweet pastries were definitely a highlight - they looked irresistible. I particularly enjoyed the strawberry danish, it was delicious! I also tried the ham baguette, which was nice, although it didn't blow me away. Overall, a great spot for a sweet treat!
